This Russian wrestler is popularly known as the "Red Cyclone". Inside his massive chest beats the heart of a true patriot. He throws himself into another worldwide fight in order to keep a promise he made to a group of doubtful children.

Rose looks really out of place. For some reason Ryu's face looks off somehow. He was always my favourite character but I can't play as him looking like that. Hey the Silver Surfer is a character

Granted, I've only seen a small handful of videos BUT if Rose, Gen and Sakura are in SFIV, Why not Guile's long lost buddy too?
