Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth may be added for Wii U --IF-- indeed it turns out to be an Ultimate Alliance / X-Men Legends style game!
As far as Downloadable go, They tend to be either announced shortly before release --OR-- announced then released many, many months after their initial announcement. The games I know for sure that I am getting, at least, are:
