Some would have you believe that the Wii has no games.  That's there's nothing interesting coming.  Well they are fools!  Behold!  The bounty before you is vast as fruitful beyond your wildest dreams!  Indulge and devour the awesomeness that awaits!

Final Fantasy CC: The Crystal Bearers

Final Fantasy CC: The Crystal Bearers
The big idea in The Crystal Bearers is that there's no transition between town wandering, field exploration, and battle. There's no sword that stays sheathed around townsfolk or targeting reticule that you can only use on enemies. You interact with the entire game world in the same fashion—with Layle's omnipresent telekinesis.

It's a simple mechanic, really. Point the Wii Remote's cursor at any number of things in the game world—be they foes, boulders, or townspeople—and hold B. Depending upon the weight of the item, you'll either gain control of it immediately or have to keep the cursor steady over it until a circle-gauge fills up. This is where the mayhem begins.

Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon

Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
Equipped only with a flashlight (controlled by the Wiimote's pointer) and, in the beginning, a tree branch, Seto explores a still, quiet cityscape, toward a still-powered Tokyo Tower. In our demo, we explored an old amusement park. A few items on the ground were highlighted by fireflies circling their location. tri-Crescendo has compensated for the Wii's graphical shortcomings with clever artistic techniques: the Seto character model uses little shadowing and simple colors, for a sort of cel-shaded effect, while the world uses a dark, but intense, color scheme that both helps to cover any jaggies and impresses

Max & the Magic Marker

Max & the Magic MarkerMax
The basic premise of the game is that Max’s drawings come to life and one drawing in particular, that of a purple egg plant type monster with a vacuum cleaner is causing havoc. It’s up to Max to use his orange magic marker to traverse the different levels of the game and stop his nemesis. The magic marker can be used to create platforms to reach high places, or draw bridges to get across large gaps. You also have to use this magic marker to create objects that will remove the enemy gobos from the world. If you feel like you are getting rushed you can pause the action draw the object you want and then resume play. This gives you the chance to think things out a little bit without being in danger of dieing.

Monster Hunter 3

Monster Hunter 3
Monster Hunter 3 retains all the mechanics and the high level of difficulty that has been present in all Monster Hunter games. Even though it is considered a "reboot" of the series, it stays faithful to its roots while adding features that promise to make it more compelling than its predecessors.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii
You see screenshots of "New Super Mario Bros." on the Wii and you scoff. You've played dozens of Mario games in the past. You've rocked the whole "All-Stars" collection, you mastered the Japanese "Super Mario Bros. 2," you think you can handle just about everything. Well "New Super Mario Bros." on the Wii is going to teach you a lesson in humility. It's really hard.

No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle

No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle
For one thing, MNH2 is completely ironic, which should be obvious from the subtitle. "Desperate Struggle" suggests a DS-based port or spin-off, but no; it's a full-on sequel for Wii. The title screen features an 8-bit rendition of all-American protagonist Travis Touchdown sitting on the commode (restrooms were the original game's version of a save point), and Ubisoft is promoting the game with specially branded toilet paper. Finally, the plotline seems to negate everything the original accomplished: Sure, Travis became the world's greatest assassin by killing all the killers ahead of him, but his victory was hollow, and he's become known as the Crownless King to his would-be replacements. In other words, all that hard work (and killin') and he's still at the bottom of the heap.

This, of course, means more killin', which is really the whole point anyway.

Rabbids Go Home

Not only is it the first Rayman-related game to not feature the limbless action hero, but it's the first release to venture into Rayman's territory: platforming. Sure, there's some expository jibber-jabber about the Rabbids building a ginormous pile of garbage to reach the moon, but that's just an excuse to put them in the position to make mischief in a variety of locales in order to collect piles of trash, whether it's zipping through a supermarket with a shopping cart or blasting through an airport on the back of a jet engine.

Red Steel 2

Red Steel 2
Thanks to Motion Plus, the controller now not only knows exactly how you are holding the sword, but also can gauge exactly how much power you put into a swing, which is lucky as some of the enemies you meet are covered in metal armour meaning that you need to give them a fairly powerful whack before you can hurt them with either sword or gun.

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles
Taking place in Raccoon City, circa 1998, The Darkside Chronicles follows the exploits of Claire Redfield and former police officer Leon Kennedy. Similar to Umbrella Chronicles, it's an on-rails shooter that takes gamers on a wild ride through streets and other locales teeming with creatures. Much like its prequel, the game allows you to choose alternate paths, and Capcom plans to include never before seen environments as well as famous ones (Robert Kendo's gun shop, for example).

Shadow Walker: Shadow Boy and Fairy of Light

Shadow Walker: Shadow Boy and Fairy of Light
The game stars Lux and his blue fairy, Popo. They live in a forest – maybe in the heart of a dark forest because Lux can’t walk directly into the sun. To progress through levels players must walk in shadows. Popo can help by creating shadows from columns for Lux to hide in.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Although this is technically a remake of the first Silent Hill title, the difference between the two games is night and day. Shattered Memories effectively does for the original Silent Hill what the GameCube remake of Resident Evil did.

The game has been given a complete graphical overhaul and is packed with loads of new features. Even if you played through the PlayStation game ten years ago, this will feel like a fresh new experience.

A scrolling-shooter unlike any other, the game plays out with your character existing in the foreground, blasting into the background at hives of alien scum. Pluralizing the enemy is important: Sin and Punishment 2 deals in quality and quantity.

Super Mario Galaxy 2

He's still MR GAY
Can you think of a giddier prospect than Mario Galaxy 2?  It’s a joy just watching the trailer: an upbeat confection overflowing with ideas. As galaxy after galaxy barges onto the screen it’s like watching EAD Tokyo’s thought processes made physical, ideas popping into existence before your very eyes. The giddy magic flows through (perhaps stems from) Miyamoto.

Tales of Graces

Tales of Graces
While Tales of Graces isn't exactly rocking the boat when it comes to JRPG heroines, there is a new quirk to its action-oriented battles. Up to now, Tales games had you launching normal attacks with one button and special ones with another. This time, though, the button functions are divided up by the exact type of attack -- physical, magical, recovery, and so on.

Wow good list! And not a single FPS (RS2 is no FPS) and racer. And there are still some game missing!

Oh, and I almost forgot about Fragile, it was in my top 3 of most wanted games together with LKS and MadWorld.

P.S. the last picture is of SF4 and not Capcom vs Tatsunoko
