Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileI have preached about how bad FFX was ever since the game came out. It is everything that was wrong with the jRPG genre. The plot was nothing new. The grid system ultimately homogenizes the characters in battle. The characters were all right out of RPG Cliche 101. There was NO exploration. And as bad as Tidus was, there is and has never been a worse character than Wakka.
Can't tell you anything about Star Ocean: Til the End of Time though. Never could force myself to get interested in it. Let me know if it's worth a damn.
I really enjoyed Star Ocean: Till the End of Time but I also loved Final Fantasy X. So take that for what it's worth.

Madness, Wakka was awesome.

Oh I so hope you're kidding, or there's going to be problems.

Nope not kidding, I like problems.
Especially if you like Balthier.
PS2 RPG. I am slowly trying to get some good titles from the vast library of the system, which I recently bought.
Got it used yesterday and still dunno if I bought a turd or a good game, and I abhor reviews. Besides, I like buying used games without knowing for sure if the thing is shit or not. Sometimes I get burned, though, like when I bought Ninety Nine Nights. Holy shit what a shitty game.
So...is it good or not?
I started Final Fantasy X a while ago and I can't get into the sphere grid system (which I'd love to fully understand) because the horrid characters and imbecile story are casting a curse upon me.
