It's just a panic move by Bethesda IMO because everybody was taken by storm with The Witcher 3 so they shit their pants.
Fallout 4 trailer looks awful and is absoutely laughable. The game won't come out anytime soon. It better not or it will be a car wreck.

Ok... It will come out this year. It looks incredible and will be the best RPG of the year.
No chance on multiplayer.
I enjoyed the trailer but I don't want it to come out this year. If the game is near finished, then Bethesda needs to take its sweet time getting rid of any bugs or glitches that may occur. This being a Bethesda game means that that needs to be priority one.
As for the boring argument....its a minute long intro trailer! My god people. The game will be fine.

It's a Bethesda game, so I don't think that will factor into their thinking. It'll come out this year, be awful, yet universally praised.

It starts off copying the FO3 trailer, without any understanding of why that trailer was so good, then if their impotent attempt at self-plagiarism wasn't bad enough, to drive home that they don't know what they're doing, you get a minute or two of generic exposition, unbefitting of the Fallout canon. Plus the graphics are hideous: spritey leaves and PS2-animation dog, plus some genuinely awful colour clashing (wtf is he wearing at the end)? Terrible trailer.

Hours into Fallout 3 and it was still boring

I thought the trailer look pretty good, loved that dog. It'd be awesome if it came out this year but I'm skeptical. I'll be playing this on the Xbox One of course. I don't think that it'll have online but some kind of Dark Souls-esque features would be cool.
Trailer looked alright. It'll be out in less than twelve months time. I'd prefer to get it on PC, but we'll see.

1. Do you think it will come out this year?
2. What platform are you going to play it on? I'm thinking PC given the problems Bethesda had with PS4.
3. Do you think there will be any multiplayer? I am suspecting yes, but in the passive/ asynchronous style.
