I have trouble sleeping. Witchdoctor Steel what should I do?

  • Take sleeping pills
  • Do some naughty things to virgin goats
  • Watching massive quantities of hardcore Hard Gay
  • Play Animal Crossing, Fable 2 and Fifa 09
  • Run againt a wall head first
  • Sleep with your mom
  • Take  Fedor's pet turtle hostage and force Fedor to fight me
  • Sleep with Fedor's mom

So Doctor, what should I do?

Yup.

Kenneth G. Berge, M.D said:
Dairy foods are a good source of tryptophan, an amino acid that your body converts to melatonin and serotonin — both of which are thought to induce sleep. Other tryptophan-containing foods include oats, bananas, poultry and peanuts.

I eat a couple of teaspoons of yoguart just before I go to bed to help my stomach, should I be eating more?

But its Activia, that is suppossed to aid digestion so is it waking me up prematurely by advancing my digestive system?

His last great advice was "use a finger".

Not a doctor I would keep.

LOL Ok, I need to know more about your daily routine. Tell me how's your average day. Spare no details. I wanna know what do you do, what do you eat, drink, smoke or suck during the day. I especially would like to know about meals or beverages with high stimulant content or exerting physical/mental activities you perform during the day.

LOL Tell me about your eating habits as well before I send Dr. Mario up that clogged pipe, and what type of work do you do? Does it require to keep you sitting/immobile for extended periods of time?

Yes, sitting deskwards. Pretty much all the time.

My eating aint good, too many starchy things and not enough fibre. I'm addicted to starchy stuff. Plus I cant seem to eat post 6:30 pm or food sits in my gut and I cant sleep at all.

I was one of those days, you fall asleep during the day, then your rhythm gets screwed up.

Edit: new thread title

Hmm. Fiber is important and all, but a huge percentage of bowel disorders come from not drinking enough amounts of water during the day as well. You have two of the most important factors going against regular bowel habits, which are being immobile for prolonged periods of time and your diet. I don't know how's your water intake, but if you add that as well, that's like the holy trinity of constipation.

About the bolded part, how's that feeling you say? Mild discomfort, pain, heartburn, or something else?
