I know there are torch phantoms but you are restricted as to when you get them and where you can use them.

Don't worry, I got lost in that same area for about an hour and I was close to chucking my DS at a wall. There is a part there where its not that clear what to do, I just forget what. Remember to use the different types of armors and the teleporters. I am sure the key to me getting out was realizing a certain route I couldnt take before was possible with one of the armor types.

I was talking to a friend of mine here who had been playing the game for a while over the holidays and onwards etc.  when asked if he finished the game, he said no and that he got too confused and muddled up in the last sections of the tower of spirits that he got disheartened and left the game aside (with no immediate plans to get back to it and try and finish it, especially since i lent him chinatown wars to which i'm sure he'll take like a fish to the water and forget all about zelda)

Will this be remembered as one of the more difficult zeldas?  i've heard horror stories about the water temple in ocarina of time but i never played that game.  how does the last section of the spirit temple in spirit tracks compare to that?
