I'm quite proud to say that I don't use DTI/FF and still hold my own on most matches. I don't know if I'll ever reach Lv 60, but so far it's been one hell of a ride.

Seriously though, what I say is true. Imagine you were a real soldier in some warzone and in the midst of battle some naked guy, giggling just ran in front of you. Would you shoot? You'd stop dead in your tracks as if you just stepped on a mine.
And THAT is why you win Kupo.
It's amazing to hop around in random teams, face a high level full party with a ragtag team made of lower levelled players, and listen to them trashtalk their asses off in the pre-game lobby. Then, as the game progresses, they eventually become mute. By the end of the game, they are calling all of your kills "cheap" and you a "bitch" for killing them. SteelAttack said:

Resurrecting this topic as I'm playing the games for the first time now. I finished the Drake's Fortune today and will most likely start Among Thieves tomorrow.
I was going to write my thoughts on the first game here but as it's not the right topic, I may just put them together in a review.

Thanks Steel. Bear in mind my connection has previously proven to be laggy when playing online but it could be fun, at least for co-op.
If anyone cares to read my review of Drake's Fortune, here it is. It's a little all over the place because I couldn't get to grips with the review writing layout in place (I was trying to write a "simple" review but it kept showing up in the "advanced" format and half the text and the score was missing etc).

i'm in level 5, Nepal. so far the game is great. it seems a lot more colourful and beautiful than the original. the locations are much more varied as well. stealth sections are a nice addition.
still no bosses though

I'm more open to levels as bosses and more creative ways of raising tension.

There are like three. There is a setpiece in that game which will blow your mind.
