Not often, end up using the emulators on PC for old games. Some stuff that I own i'll dig out the PS3 fat for. Maybe I'll do that again for the wii stuff i own and dig out the Wii U n stuff.
I been using the 2DS lately to play Shadow of Valentia, I still have a few 3ds games i want to beat. Like Monster Hunter 4. Between BC and PC ports and PC emulators, just less n less reason, I end up having quicker way to play a version of the game. And what I give up in visual touches means nothing to me compared to a more playable version of the game.
Cant be bothered.
Been pretty rarely in the last few years. Still have the Wii U, 360, and PS3 hooked up but other systems are packed up and put away. Have some games for those systems that I have yet to play but just don’t get around to actually playing them.
Probably for the best though. I just get depressed every time I boot it up and the only people who rush into Waru Waru Plaza are the premade bots. It really is kind of a shame. While it was definitely a bomb, I did like how the Wii U incorporated community onto the console.

I did fire up the Wii U about a couple of weeks ago to check out the shop and see if there were any sales before they shut it down. It was kind of sad to see those premade bots and stuff. 
PSA: The Wii U shop closes March 27th of this year so might want to keep an eye out for sales or if there is anything you want to get before then.
I have a PS3 that's hooked up in our guest bedroom, but it was almost a year ago to the day that I actually played it. Prior to that it had been several years since I had even had it hooked up.
I mentioned the Wii U, and I did get some mileage out of it 2 years ago when I hacked it to play Wii games on and attached hard drive. But again, I hasn't had any real use since then.
Those are the only two systems I have outside of the current gen systems that are not packed away somewhere. All my Retro gaming is now done on the Retroid 3+ and that's a much more elegant solution.
Perhaps as I get older, I'll go a similar route.

So you're betting on getting dementia?
I think it's the oldest and least likely/easy console to hook up.
And the games are probably worth the most to retro collectors.
After we sold the SNES and Genesis made a point of keeping all my game boxes in pretty much pristine condition.
My n64 boxes were shut in a clear hard plastic box. Only the carts were used, stored separately.

I can see myself going the PC-only route, so yeah. 
I play the PS3 occasionally (currently playing Katamari Forever), but not really any others. Maybe I will someday. N64, PS1, Xbox, etc. are just large ornaments now. DS and 3DS might make a comeback soon.

I hardly ever replay games on older consoles, but my kids get a lot of enjoyment from discovering my collection. They're currently into Sega Soccer Slam on the GameCube, which is ace.
I've got my WiiU, Wii and GC all hooked up along with my XboneX and Switch, as well as a SNES mini. The N64, SNES and NES are boxed up because of lack of shelf space. Hopefully that'll change within 6 months or so and I'll be able to connect them all again. Can't wait to replay some 1080° snowboarding.

LMAO, N64 Hydro Thunder boxed is between £100 to £400 on ebay.
Generally you can sell most for about the same price as a new game. Maybe a little less or a lot more depending on rarity.
So if you want to get more new games, flog a few N64 oldies.
Never at the moment. But I also don't play the new ones.

Hooked up my Wii and 360.
Couldn't get older consoles working without a line doubler.
Even with all the effort, I still played barely nothing except Alan Wake on it. I even went out and bought a shed load of 360 games I never owned before.
I have gtaV sitting unplayed.
In the past I bought bulky 2 CRTs to play older consoles. They're too big to keep so they are going and I'm not a kid anymore. So sitting on the floor or leaning against a wall sitting on the bed or floor isn't an option.
My two N64s won't work without investing in a new adapter.
The hyperlink HDTV 3 In one cable I bought doesn't work on PAL consoles.
I'm now wondering if it's even worth me keeping my N64 and it's games when so many are ported.
If the Rare collection was available on 360 I'd probably dump and sell all my n64 games.
All the consoles, cables, adapters and controllers are just too much.
I'd rather just play a digital version of a game on switch. It's just the most convenient way to play anything.
I even bought a 2nd dock but find myself just using it portable mode in bed, cause its easier than putting it in the Dock.
What about you? Are your old games just there as a collection to look nice and give you fond memories? Or do you actually play these games?
