I didn't even know it was possible to 'improve' over the years. Still, I doubt I could improve enough for it to make any difference to me.
I went from being in front of a monitor for roughly 12 hours a day down to 3-4 (max). Apparently changing range all the time helps the muscles or whatever that focus your eyes.

As you get older your eyes get weaker and they don't bend the rays as much as they used - this would make a person longsighted (which is why old people wear glasses for reading).
Now if you are shortsigthed to begin with that means the lenses in your eye bend the light rays more than they ought to. So as you get older and your eyes relax. To start with this counters the effect of your myopia ...
So what was I trying to say ... Aspro is getting old

I prefer this explanation:
I went to the optometrist this week. First time in 4 years. I have gone from 1.50 to 1.25, so my vision is improving. The last time I went to him I went from 1.75 to 1.50.
So, I've got that going for me.
