I call BS on this. There should never be time limits on spoilers, no matter how old a game may be. Especially since it's still being sold to new customers.

Yeah, no.
What Hamster said.
New customer or not, the game has been around for a long time made available on 3 different consoles before its most recent Virtual Console release. Everyone has had a chance to play the game prior to this point. If a game is over a decade old and has seen multiple releases, I think there comes a point where you can throw off the gloves and freely discuss it . If you want to make an exception for more obscure titles, that's fine, but when you're discussing a game that's considered one of the best of all time I say it's fair game.
And FYI Rosebud was his sled from childhood Norman Bates was his own mother.
I wasn't suggesting people should not discuss the game in detail if they wish. Just put spoiler warnings in place, and keep in mind that spoilers can and do show up on the main page. I don't care how many times a game has been released or how old it is, if someone has never played it, then they have the right not to have it spoiled.
You do not have any such right. Be glad I let you live you vile rodent. And the game has 12 other endings not spoiled.

...and that sir, is why I love him! <3
Tough to say because honestly I don't remember. I played through that game over and over and over so many different character combos just so I could hear each character deliver their unique line to whatever boss or whatever situation was relevant (for instance the lead party character will say something different after they ressurect Crono), and that resulted in a pretty even experience with each character.
I know that I liked Crono, Marle, and Robo as a team when I could go up against Lavos. Robo was always slow as dirt and normally I wasn't a fan of his, but as a group they had some really good healing techs if I recall and could get you through just about any battle.
You know Chrono Cross is due on PSN pretty soon. If you decide to play that let me know, and I'll do a play-thru with you. The one way that Cross was superior to Trigger was that it was much more non-linear. While the major plot points were almost always the same, the paths that connected them could be very different depending on what characters you talked to and what areas you visited first. The end result was playing through it 2 or 3 times still wasn't quite enough to see everything, and I do plan on revisiting it one last time.
Sorry Robio, no can't do. Do not have access to PSN and I refure to acknowledge Chrono Cross. There is only Chrono Trigger.
Sorry Foolz, but the game is 16 years old. I think there "complaining about spoilers" time limitations have long expired.
