The one lone video game I got for Christmas was a good one. Devil Survivor 2 for DS.

I purchased Super Hexagon when it was $.29 on Steam.

For Christmas I got Super Mario 3D World and Lego Batman 2 both for the Wii U.

SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:

  • SMB Mix-Up! (1AB2-0000-0047-5A7D)
  • Storm the Castle (77BD-0000-00E0-A9C0)

So Ninty, what's your GOTY? Plus, what game did you spend the most time on?

EDIT: Fuck, I just remember I no longer own a Vita.

I don't know my GOTY yet but the game I spent the most time playing was Animal Crossing New Leaf. I purchased it on June 20th and I still play it every day.

I bought yet more games:

Tomb Raider [X360] - 16 euro

Borderlands 2 [PS3] - 13 euro

I was holding out to get the GOTY version of Borderlands with all the expansions but at that price it's kind of hard to argue.  If I like it well enough I won't mind getting the GOTY edition in a year's time at a similar price.  I'm hoping some of you guys may want to have another go around so I will get to try it online as well

Not sure whether I should hold fire on tomb raider or not. Ps4 version might even be discounted by the time I have the console.

Yes, might make sense to do that if you know you are getting a PS4 for sure.  I hope not to get one for a long time (like ... really long time perhaps ever)

I'd wait for the PS4 version of Tomb Raider, GG. Crystal Dynamics said it's going to be better than PC at max settings, and will be running at 1080p. The 360/PS3 versions are only 720p.

The Wonderful 101 was $30 at Target. I had to get it. It's going to sit unplayed for a while but I can at least say I finally have a copy.

There's tons of really cheap stuff on the PSN January sale.  Like seriously cheap games a lot of which are very new.  I'd be tempted if I had one with a bigger HDD

But it's like 12 UK pounds on 360.
