There's so many tricks and secrets to Solomon's Key. I remember playing it at the arcade. It was one of those games you loved seeing older kids play so you could learn stuff. The NES version is a little inferior and less sharp but largely the same game I think

Overall Tecmo did a good job with the game. Not quite up to par with the arcade version, but close enough. Compared to most home versions it was just about as good as it got. To this day I've never completed it. The highest I've ever seen was one kid in the neighborhood got to level 40 and was pretty much treated like a god by everyone else.
Birthday presents:
Bioshock Infinite (hard copy).
Hotline Miami.
Review Copies:
Metro 2033 (my sincere apologies Steel, this is a bad port).
All PC.

You've played it? I always wanted it but didn't have the extra cash back in the day. I remember EGM liking it quite a bit.
Its games like this that I would love to see remade these days on the Wii U...this kind of off the wall stuff. I'd rather have a new version of this on the U than even GTA 5. Something unique to it that isn't on everything else.

It's kinda of similar likeness and quality as Body Harvest, but on a lesser level. Even for the time it was technically limited. As far as I remember, and I am foggy on this I think it forced you to keep playing for ages before it would save.

Yes, GG made me do it.
I'm still waiting for it. I should have Lego and NSMBU within the next week or two hopefully to play before I leave for the summer
I took advantage of the Wii U's 3 for 2 sale and got their Kirby bundle; Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kirby's Dream Course, and Kirby Super Star. They're really more for my son since it's his birthday this weekend and he's always enjoyed the Kirby games, but I did spent a little time with Kirby's Dream Course. Fuck me running, that is even harder than I remembered.

Happy Birthday Robio Jr and happy father and son gaming!!
GG and Edge convinced me to get this. Total number of WiiU games = 3! And my U is still AWOL

Awesome I hope ya like it!
Just take it slow and THINK and really put yourself in a mindset of "what would I really have to do in a situation like this?"

I would be useless. I will be much better off thinking ... what would foolz do in a situation like this?
Meanwhile ... bought two more Nintendo games to take with me when I take off for the summer though I may not have much time for playing videogames:
Picked up a copy of Persona 4 Arena today, and since I traded in Injustice I didn't pay a dime for it. Looking forward to playing it, but until I complete Persona 4 I won't be touching it.
