Uncharted 2 is a beast of a game.  U1 is worth playing but the controls are not as refined.

Is that based on the original PS3 version or the PS4 remaster? I'd like to think they would have tweaked it a little bit if they could have.

It's still a little janky in the remastered version.

I enjoyed Uncharted 1, 2, and 3 but yeah I’d start with Uncharted 1 as 2 and 3 are more refined. Uncharted 2 was my favourite followed by 3 then 1.

So after a couple hours of playing, I guess this game really is Indiana Jones, if Indiana Jones was a near invincible mass murderer.

I just ordered Ring Fit Adventures online.  The wife had expressed interest in it as a way of doing at least getting in some excersise.  It took me a couple of days to track a copy down though, as it's sold out everywhere.

I won't be playing it myself as our telly is set up in front of a 5m wide window and we have no curtains.  I don't mind looking like an idiot while gaming, but I am uncomfortable of every passer by being able to see me as such.  Perhaps if I can prop up the Switch itself on a high cupboard I could play in the bedroom.

If we don't take to it, at least we'll be able to sell it on for the same price online.

Got Final Fantasy VIII Remastered for the Xbox One. Debating on grabbing World of Final Fantasy as well. They’re currently on sale as part of Golden Week.

I really enjoyed the FF7 demo.  I'll pick it up eventually.  Just not right now.

I played World of Final Fantasy for about 2 or 3 hours and then wished I had that time back.

Yeah I remember you saying that before which is why I’m still debating on whether to get it or not.

The PS Store had the Castlevania bundle, Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night, for $8.99.  I couldn't resist since I've always wanted to play Symphony of the Night.

Ended up buying Yakuza 0 on the Xbox One after trying it out for free this weekend. Only played the first little bit but could tell it’ll be something that I’ll enjoy and for $25 it seemed like a good deal.

Symphony of the Night is a masterpiece. Glad to hear you're finally going to get to check it out. Voice acting aside, every element of the game is excellent. And the voice acting is so god-awful, that you might even find it funny.

Rondo of Blood, on the other hand I've always thought was absolutely overrated. I never thought it deserved the reputation of being a "lost classic" like so many have given it. I don't think it's a terrible game mind you. It's got the old school Castlevania difficulty, and a couple of real interesting segments, but I still thought Super Castlevania 4 was better in every way.

I agree. Super Castlevania IV > Rondo of Blood.

I went ahead and preordered the digital copy of The Last of Us 2.  I'm pretty excited about this one.

I'll wait until June to see if I'm outraged.  No spoilers for me.

Since I have no interest in playing it,  I read the spoilers a couple days ago. I wasn't all that surprised.

Yeah there are some definitely pissed off people about The Last of Us II game. Kind of makes me think about Kathy Bates’ character in the Stephen King movie, Misery. 😅
