Back in the PS1 and PS2 era I’d sell them after about a year or so and pick up the newer model. The last PS2 I got was the fat model with the online adapter bundled with it. It still works fine but is packed away right now.
The only console I've ever had that died is a PS3. And my DS is pretty unusable due to one of its screens not working. Everything else is still in working condition.
The only console I've had that's just died on its own and couldn't be used at all was the Xbox 360... several times.
By Miu Watanabe.
I still have my NES, SNES, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, GCN, Wii, PS3, Wii U, and PS4 for home consoles they all still work.
All the handhelds I have still work.
The only systems that "broke" on me are Genesis and 360.
The Genesis technically didn't break but I was a child and it got to the point were we couldn't plug any controller into the player 1 controller port.
Xbox 360 died though. It only died once, I decided to get a PS3 instead of getting a new 360.

I forgot about that. Yeah my DS lite hinge cracked.
SupremeAC said:My Wiiu is dying on me to the point where it's neigh unplayable now. That's the only one that's given up on me. Then again, I never did own an X360.
Better take it to the vet post-haste.
I picked up Kingdom Hearts 3 this morning. I have no idea what is going on in this story.

How could you not? It’s like a well woven tapestry.
