^Your neighbors must "love" you.
I'm careful when I play so I have absolutly no complain from them, playing with a mute most of time helps too.

It's started to hurt, all the time. It's very painful.
sounds really bad. what is the cause of it? what do you do for treatment?
Dont know the cause, probably bad posture and a weakening of the muscles.
I use all sorts of devices, wheat bags, hot water bottles, back extenders, massagers, daily pain relievers.
Been seeing a physio recentely and doing excercises, for about 6 weeks or so. It doesn't seem to help.
Yoga? Or would your exercises be the same thing? And upper or lower?
Generally all over, but from my excercising it seems mainly upper.

You do know there's an option between terrible and none, right?

Holy crap. Well, coming from you guys, I'll have to take it as a massive compliment.
Where's the Dr Steel thread? Am I to have no back advice from our in house Doc?
I know my butthurts, but it doesn't smell, I swear. Take off the masks bitches!
I told you already what to do with your back pains, but you're too much of a cheapass to comply, and you don't want to swim in the Thames.
Look, you have both posture issues and muscle weakening. You work like a hunchback over your desk for hours on end, and that's not likely to change sometime soon, so unless you suddenly get promoted and start slacking around like all bosses do, you are going to need a chair with proper back support, and schedule daily back muscle exercise routines in the middle of your work day. Tiny bits of 5-10 minutes can do wonders when properly managed and scheduled.
Yoga exercises can be awesome for stretching and prevent cramps and shit, but you also need to strenghten your muscular spine support, for which I highly recommended swimming, but you don't want to fork out the sterlings for it. Stop buying a couple niche games that you won't like anyway, such as that Another Code game, and start swimming, you'll be healthier and with a stronger back, and won't have to bore to death with endless dialogue dead-ends. Win-win situation!
Maybe you don't want to swim because of fear that people, watching your tiny package, will point and laugh at you. Don't worry, GG. Speedos are optional, the only ones that can truly show-off in them are true Girth Lords such as Leo, Archie and yours truly.
Is there an excercise which doesn't require effort? No electrodes I can stick to my back and have it work the muscles like those abdominal things?

The one below.

That won't work, it's not deep enough. Did you had a radiography of your back done? I have also muscular back problems due to a slightly misplaced vertebra in the lumbar curve.

No radiography yet.
I've been doing these:

As well as other physio ball excercises and stretches.

This is what I've started since Monday, I'm doing the exercises above and its set up right next to the chair and every time I stand up, I do a set of reps.
I know radiography may be expensive but it is worth checking it.
