Well, my intricate knowledge gained by 5 minutes of websearching sure spooked the helpdesk employee. He got back to me that while Nintendo doesn't do refunds, for this exceptional case he sent it on to their 'specialized team' to look into a 'different outcome'. And so the waiting continues!

I’m surprised that you were able to get in contact with an actual human.
Good thing it's Nintendo, they're always lagging about 10 years behind the competition. Apparently also so with their helpdesk.
Good point.
I used to be able to speak on the telephone to an ebay agent who would smooth things out. Now they bury the contact form like it's the lost city of gold.

Customer service is the drizzling shits these days.
I forgot the tutorial in Yakuza Kiwami, I think I'm not using heat actions properly. All I do is press X when they're on the ground to smack them in the face. Can I use it in other ways?
We didn't get any snow, that all ended about 2 hours north of us. But it was about 25° last night, and we won't get out of freezing temperatures until after 10:00. Like most of the country, this is record setting cold for Florida. So in honor of that, I'll be playing Tropical Freeze later today.
After a nearly month of flu sickness and two snow storms, I've finally been able to take my dog back to the big off-leash dog park this morning. It was nice hiking the trails while she was running and sniffing everywhere.
I have equipped weapons in Yakuza but I cant seem to use them or take them out? Is this because I need to get the wooden sword to do some training with the guy in purgatory?
Climate change has made our winters in southern England a lot wetter. Rains every day for 2 weeks.
And I know that's the general impression of British weather around the world but its really not. We used to have a lot colder drier winters and a once a year snowstorm
This weekend finished The Stanley Parable on the NS2. Pretty hilarious but short game. It's my first completed game of the year and looks like I just missed completing anything in the month of January.
I've been playing a couple different games. Cult of the Lamb, DKC: Tropical Freeze, and Like a Dragon. I'm not quite ready to start something new so I'm just screwing around with some older games.
I ventured outside my wheelhouse and downloaded Steam to my Apple TV. The first game that I bought is Batman: Arkham Origins, a game I've wanted to replay for over a decade. Tomorrow is another snow day and I am set.

I used to dislike foreign call handlers but I'd take that over AI.
Who else is stuck at home because of the snow?

Have been playing God of War: Ragnarok this weekend. Really good game. Beautifully crafted world.

Arkham origins was stuttering during combat. I think its fixed but had to lower the framerate to about 720p. Its not perfect but pkayable now.
