So I played 30 mins of MP4 last night and about 20 mins today just trying to get the f-ng gyro aiming to feel right.

Lying down in bed they seemed broken and kept drifting. Some games like splatoon 2 you cant play lying down in bed.

Most other games are fine and ive played tons of fps with gyro handheld fine.

Theres no mp3 like advanced toggle which seemed to work fine on wii.

Even mouse mode feels off to me and uncomfprtable anyway.

After endlessly f'xx>ng around with sensitivity I finally found the one thing that fixes everything.

If you go for gyro controls, it doesnt let you use the right stick for turning.

Play with dual sticks and you can only use motion with camera lock like a light gun. Or when locked on to an enemy.

But I reset everything. If you use dual stick setup but want smooth gyro aiming, go to camera controls and enable use motion.

You then get the best of both worlds and the gyro is 100% normal, accurate and reliable.

Phew.

Btw, I f ed about with HDR again and it was a washed out nightmare. Disabled again, game looks great.

Did you download the switch 2 patch?

Yes, it was a 30-second download and install.

I ordered these grips for my Switch 2 $18. I should have them on Monday. They can be used in portable, docked, individually and even mouse mode. Reviews look solid, so I hope they aren't crap. I just can do Switch 2 in portable mode without my hands cramping up after 10 minutes and having thicker Joycons will help when playing Wii+Nunchuk style. Maybe I'll finally be able to finish Skyward Sword HD!

Looks good.

I just bought cheap silicon joycon sleeves which bulk them out.

Now Ive beat the first Metroid prime 4 boss I can say Miles is a conplete non issue.

I have subtitles off so I can barely hear his commentary over the music. Fake outrage for clickbait?

Also, whoever gives this game a 3 out of 5 needs a slap.

The game is clearly much better than some critics are saying. Its damn fun and Miles is pretty hilarious at times.

Does the story continue from the previous games or mostly it's own thing?

It's own thing. Theres really no reason for the "4".

Only thing I can complain about is the linearity. So far it doesn't have the complex labyrinth feeling. It's still most definetly Metroid Prime.

It does have a lot of that. Maybe if they had figured how to interconnect the regions

I am not liking it, the ice forge was a TERRIBLE level devoid of anything interesting. This is one of the poorest Metroid games I have played, the level design is just not there. Combat is the best in the series and bosses have been great but it's missing most everything else. Maybe as I get more powers it becomes more interesting.

Yes Volt forge is vintage Prime. Just beat it.

These reviews claiming hand holding, there was no help at all in Volt forge, I couldnt even radio miles.

Now Im back in the desert and dont even have an objective. I'm just left to figure it out.
