Stay safe Vader, this one looks like it's coming for you.
Picked up a bunch, I've avoided many vertical orientation games, but bought a couple.
Picked up Forgotten Worlds
Streetfighter Alpha 3 (X-ism wtf?)
Vampire Saviors (Darkstalkers 3)
Earth
1944 the loop master
Pro Gear
Ghouls and Ghosts and more
My God the arcade version of Ghouls and Ghosts on medium difficulty is one of the hardest games ever made. Thank God for all the assistance options.
BTW, I no longer have switch online, can someone check, I'm sure the SNES ver had a double jump. There's only a single jump here.
The worst thing about the game is when you accidently pick up the blue fireball weapon that's as useful as a fart in a paper bag.
You don't even lose it when you die and respawn.
For a start you can max out the screen space rather than only 4:3.
You also have multiple save slots and the rewind feature. Most of the beat em ups aren't that hard so I won't bother.
Wish all companions would take a Stadium approach and let you buy only the games you want. The Capcom Fighting Collection and Marvel vs Capcom collection has some games I want and lots I don't need. With no cheaper way to pick up individual games.
Let's hope for Arcade Stadium 3.
They should also merge Stadium 1 and 2 under one roof. Having to boot up one stadium then the other to change games is odd.
Yeah, do love all the features of the Capcom Arcade Stadium games. Also would love to see a third one as well.
4:3 ftw, Pro Gear and 1944 the Loop Master.
It looked impossible, the next part had floating spikes you had to weave through. Then this giant spider boss.
Somehow made it through, now on the final level. It's honestly such an enjoyable game, your sword strikes and movement feels clinical and powerful.
Anyone considered getting Slayer X?
Oh, new Ridge Racer and Wipeout with PSVR2 support would be awesome! One can dream.
I would very much love to see a new Ridge Racer game as well. Some stuff that I would like to see in today’s State of Play is:
So do you board up your windows?
How can you say that about hurricane prep day?
I normally don't. Some of my neighbors do. I'm fairly inland (as far as Florida goes) so I can get by without it.
All that said the hurricane shifted enough that other than some gust and bands I won't be affected too much. Vader is still in some sketchy territory, but in all likelihood he'll be fine too.

We should be ok, but hey I got work off and Zelda is out in a few minutes!!! Wooo! Zelda time!
I wrote up my Star Wars Outlaws review, enjoy.
It is a bad price for that offering but if the meta content included is great I'll consider it.
Sony conference? Yeah very meh.
Sonic announcements, agreed.
I dunno, back to Sony, this could be considered the worst console generation for a long time.
Even though I am on holiday I've been doing little jobs around the house between the endless exercise, going to the beach etc... Yesterday I washed the outside ceilings (eaves or seifeting) of the moth eggs etc... which involved standing on a small ladder and leaning backwards, siedeways etc... scrubbing with a cloth. My back today is shot. Everytime I stand straight I collapse. (This is after a day of going to the beach and keeping up with my six year old).
It's so painful and frustrating. I guess it must have used muscles I have no other use for.
I looked up what pain medication to use, like the options are paracetamol and ibruprofen. Ibrofprofen the web explained how it worked. Paracetemol explaination was "Yeah we really don't know how it works" which was disturbing given how I chugged them hourly for years. God I'm an idiot when it comes to health.
What do you guys take for back pain?
I'm trying beer right now, while listening to C-SPAN and playing Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter. Not working so far.
While I have a weak back, I don't suffer from enduring back ache much. My left hip is slowly degrading though, so I'm expecting to need to have it replaced at some point, and younger than I'd feel comfortable with.
Back pain runs in the family though. I've heard best is to lie down on your back and not move. I've heard it's best to just keep moving about as you would normally. Basically nobody knows.
