Definitely. I enjoy going because when we watch at home its not uncommon to pause the movie several times due to distractions. But we only go to the movies about once a month, if even that sometimes. Moviegoing is a much more immersive experience unless you have some shitty audience members.
I haven’t been to the theatre since the pandemic. I do enjoy going though. Definitely gives movie watching a different feel. I’ve always enjoyed movies but have gotten behind even though I’ve purchased a number of them. Just need to get to watching some of the recent ones that I’ve purchased.
My digital movie collection has grown tremendously since the pandemic.
All my movie purchases have been on physical format so far but lately I’ve been eyeing the digital storefront for movies. See some really good deals going on in the Xbox store. Probably going to start buying a few there.
One of my favorites so for sure I am going. Really hoping itcc bc an capture some of the magic. I have the AMC pass so I see movies all the time. Alien was pretty good, definitely better than the bad alien movies.
Been playing a bunch of this. Doom never gets old. New episode is ridiculously brutal.
I realize I don't really "own" the movies and could lose access to them but I'd much prefer the digital over physical. Itunes has fantastic deals usually on Tuesdays
I loved the AMC pass before covid. Best deal around. Its still pretty good but I just am not interested in enough movies to justify it right now. And holy shit, I'm really tired of the Nicole Kidman commercial.

It's affected my friendship with my bestie, we used to go to the theatre a lot. Movies were the one thing we both loved that kept us semi-socially regular.
I think the cost going up of everything has kept me away. Even the parking lot costs over 10 bucks.
We usually go for a meal too. I can't afford to drop that amount of cash in one day anymore.
So a spring release next year is looking likely.
With a possible Prime 4 release.
Probably more Mario Kart tracks. Lol
