I was a Braves fan too long and had my heart broken too many times. Fuck them. And especially fuck Bobby Cox, the absolute worst manager baseball has ever seen.
Mario movie will be shown today, I hope it's good but it being Illumination I have a feeling I know exactly the kind of movie it will be with pop culture references and meme dancing.
I restarted KH3 which I quit half way last time, now I can play on critical mode which has made the combat... just be a bit harder. It's still so filled with random action stopping supper attacks, theme park ride things, weird summons, I hardly ever just fight like normal. But the whole game is so bonkers that it works, everything is absurd.
If this wasn't a 100 hour game I would love to play it. Or I find the secret to make time stand still, like Zack Morris in Saved by the bell (why didn't that show explore his god like powers, strange). Either one of those lol.
I did 130 hours in Xenoblade 2 and almost finished everything. Need to replay to get all rare blades.
Seriously though, I think Xeno 3 is one of the best games on the system. The scale of it is insane.
The games already big, then they dropped me in a sea that's as big as all of Wind Waker, just as one area.
There's also been some crazy ass story revelations and unexpected returns of past characters.
On the complaints side, they've streamlined things almost a little bit too much.
I was always fiddling with armour, gems, field skills, selling items, crafting gems in past Xenos.
You can still do most of it but it feels less impactful as there are some automatic elements.
Gem crafting is mercifully limited, yet one gem can be applied to every character. And when you craft a higher level gem of the same type, everyone switches over to it without you having to do anything.
Items are auto sold. There's even an auto build option where the game will automatically build your character stats, skills and gems for you.
It let's you concentrate on just adventuring, but I feel like I miss some of the more aggressive rpg mechanics from past games.
He didn't have much in the way of lines in that trailer, so I'm willing to wait a little bit longer to pass judgment on his Mario voice. But yeah it sounded exactly like Star-Lord there.
I think the Super Mario Bros. Movie looks awesome. Jack Black does a great Bowser. Wasn’t much in the trailer from Chris Pratt but it sounded fine. Need to hear more to know for sure. Definitely looking forward to seeing this movie though.

I could see Jack Black and Pratt's face in the characters so maybe they did some face capture? Or the artists took it into consideration.
Anyway, the trailer was not offensive, which is miles ahead of the first Sonic trailer, and that worked out great (no sarcasm).
Yeah wait and see on Pratt, but just being himself is a safe bet. Jack Black chews up scenary, so I guess bowser is a good match for him, though Wario would be better. ... Hmm... new thread time.

It was so inoffensive, I found it highly offensive. Yuck.
In Xenoblade 3 I rode a zip line into a secret walled off island only to see Godzilla sized monsters fighting each other. With the option for me to pick a side and help one.

Blue Jays 4 Life!
I think the most interesting match up would be Dodgers v Blue Jays.

The Super Mario Movie looks pretty darn fun.
I barely recognized Jack Black's voice. Chris Pratt talked about practicing his Mario voice and he sounds like Chris Pratt.

Other than that, it looked alright. It simply cannot compare to the brilliant masterpiece of the original Super Mario Bros film.
It's amazing, like a coral reef but above ground. Then after you run through toxic sludge you find level 95 monsters everywhere.
Me being me I had to see how far I could get inside. This led to a hectic mad dash chase with 4 different mega beasts chasing me.
Jumping off ledges and onto rocks and lily pads.
Also found this secluded cove where there's basically a Garados to f*** you over.
And crazy, randomly found one of the enemy who joined my team.
Really love this game. Mapping the sea area is going to be a job, as the map only uncovers when you sail over it.
Initially my map looked like a series of strings. As it mapped my exact route.
Well it's Friday evening. I just got home with a delicious sausage, onion and black olive pizza. It's game time!
