I loved that show.
This weekend I played through some Red Dead Redemption. I was also in a RPG mood so i started a Bug's Fable. Both are good fun.
It’s been all Resident Evil 3 Remake for me this weekend. Beat it twice now and am currently on a Hard Core playthrough. Not as good as RE2R but did enjoy it well enough all the same.
I’m very hyped for that Capcom Fighting Collection. Seeing all those Darkstalkers games in there makes me very pleased. Never played Red Earth before so looking forward to finally playing that one.
Street Fighter 6 announcement was all too brief but I really dig the look of Ryu and Luke. Looking forward to seeing more on this come Summer.
I suck at fighting games too, but I will still buy that Capcom Collection for the Darkstalkers series.
I wonder if Capcom will remaster Powerstone someday. I'd really like to play that one again.
I wonder if there’s a good possibility of a new Darkstalkers game given how they are all available in this upcoming collection. Would also like to see Powerstone come back in some fashion.
Yeah probably true sadly. I got Darkstalkers Resurrection when it came out but unfortunately it was a bust for them.
Ive sucked at every fighting game that Ive pjayed. Not for me.
Well, well, well.
Made it to the 5th floor on Enter the gungeon with enough keys and cash to get the elevator permanently fixed.
That was epic, I had half a heart left and literally died instantly in the next room after I fixed the elevator.
The first few times on floor 5 I died within a couple of rooms. Since then I've done fine and it doesn't seem as tough as I thought it might be. Probably because I've been so focused on saving resources to fix the elevator. Now I'm unchained I'm finding it manageable.
I even bested several bosses with either zero damage or just one hit of damage.
Kinda learned that the best weapons for floor 4 and 5 are ones with high pushback. Liquid weapons especially, you can indiscriminately spam it to push enemies back which gives you more time and space to manage everything.
I also started using the full breadth of my arsenal, switching to more appropriate weapons depending on each rooms mix of enemies.
Fought the floor 5 boss, Dragon boss? Er... he's not taking any damage from any weapon wtf?
Elden ring reviews in an hour! I'm expecting crazy high scores and the best Souls game ever. I will be dropping Horizon to play Elden ring, which will be my true love.
Excellent reviews coming in for Elden Ring. GameSpot is a “review in progress” right now and their giving it a 10/10 so far. Had my copy pre-ordered from Best Buy. It likely won’t be delivered to me this Friday though, will probably get it early next week. Very hyped to start playing this.
Zelda BOTW dethroned!!!!!! Elden Ring is now the highest rated game ever (for now)!!
