I just saw what the 'Full Body' logo from the Catherine rerelease is supposed to be. I figured it'd be wine swishing about in a glass, but that didn't quite match due to some element pointing outwards on the left hand side.
Apparently, it's the outline of undies on one of the main female characters.
I've started Celeste yesterday. As someone who grew up with 2D platformers, this is my cup of tea. Currently on the 3rd chapter.
I didn't recognize the green jewels to be mid-air reload points for your dash move, so I crossed the first one with a balsy move where I'd jump towards the far end of the spikes and would cling to the sides of those that were slightly higher raised so I could jump off from there and cross the whole breath of the screen in 2 jumps.
Coming late to the party, being the rather low-key release of the Switch version, I had not seen any of the promotional material. The image showing the woman 'wearing' the logo pops up for a split second when you boot up the game, but that's basically it.
Damn. That sounds absolutely horrible. Get well soon.
Ha, ha. I never realized that. I saw the artwork and such, just thought it was simply some fancy artwork.
That’s so weird. We just had a pretty huge snowfall here a couple of days ago and we also have a week + long of freezing cold temperatures here as well.
Everything looks more peacefull when blanketed in snow. The region we live is rather ugly; all asfalt, brick houses, sheds and structures in gardens... Snow softens that, makes everything coherent again while hiding all the sharp edges. I think we'd all be happier people if we had snow for longer stretches in winter.
Loving Celeste so far. Deaths come quick, but so do successes. The artstyle is nice too, although a little too low-detail for my liking. Cool how they stole Rare's garbled speach.
Be careful what you wish for.
But yeah it does look very nice during and just after a heavy snowfall however a few days after that things start looking all dirty after that with soot settling on top of the snow and sand getting pushed up from snowploughs. Then when it warms up it gets all slushy and sloppy.
Still seems perfect to cover up everything in one cohesive blanket. Soot, sandy, slushy, ... I couldn't care less.
I wish it was the same here.
I've been taking advantage of the 'sitting in front of my window, gazing outside' weather.
but you're better now?
