So I found my saturn and it still works, played the Panzer games, so good. I'm going to sell Saga since it's going for $1000 on eBay, mine is in great condition. But I want to replay it first before I let it go.

Been replaying TLOU as I wait for the next masterpiece to hit, so excited. TLOU is so damn amazing, what a game.

How similar is Savage Planet to Metroid Prime? Here's a tip (see if you can guess which game it applies to): Make sure to SCAN Bosses before you finish them off!

[eurogamer.net]Hardspace: Shipbreaker is about dismantling the relics of Homeworld

Seems like an interestinc concept for a game.  Basically a work simulator in which you're tasked to dismantle spaceships.  So far it's only announced for PC, where it's obviously beyond my spec.  If it heads to Xbox one I'd be very tempted to pick this up.  I might even pay for it instead of waiting for it to hit GamePass.  Might.

That newly revealed pokémon games looks ace.  The one where you brush your teeth, pokémon smile.  It's good to see Nintendo using their power to do good.  Uncle Ben would be proud.

Oh and the new Pokémon Snap looks great too.

I think I'll download Pokémon Smile because it's a chore to get my children to brush as long as they need to.

Looking forward to reading your impressions!

biggest hurdle for us would be the lack of stable kickstand to place the smartphone on.

Ok, you choose your Pokémon then practice brushing for a few seconds.  Then you have a two minute timer.  No better or worse than other brushing apps that we've tried.

Nintendo should release a bluetooth enabled toothbrush that works with this app.  Where are those QOL products Iwata promised us?!

I’m wondering if some of these things were born from that QoL idea of his.

I wasn't even thinking about tooth brushing.  I was thinking along the lines of what an Apple Watch does, monitor heartbeat, steps, breathing.

That’s because you are playing checkers while Iwata was playing 4D chess. Nyaa

The first Snap, despite being very short, was pretty much my definition of a fun video game. It totally held up to. My younger kids both played it quite a bit and loved it. In fact, it was actually my son, now 14, Who popped in my office how excited asking me if I had heard about it yet.

I never played Pokémon Snap on the N64 but many people talk fondly of it plus this one looks pretty good and fun so I may be tempted in getting this myself.

Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed to November 19th. Possible next gen systems release then as well perhaps? 🤔

Like I've said many times, I loved Snap because it was a fun, laid-back, easy-going game. Just an on rail photography game with some light puzzle solving. For younger kids though, it was a goddamn freaking phenomenon. I don't know if you remember, but Blockbuster Video had printing stations set up, and you could bring in your copy of the game, plug in the cartridge, and print mini stickers of the pictures you took.

I never did it myself, but the summer after it came out you couldn't go to a Blockbuster without those damn machines being mobbed by kids.

I think that was entirely The reason for it. Makes sense too. I wouldn't be surprised if at the next Microsoft console showing, they announced some super exclusive for it on the Xbox whatever.
