I started playing yesterday.  There's a single player campaign which offers challenges ranging from regular tennis, over tennis with obstacles or special conditions to be met.  Noteworthy is the story, which seems to revolve around a cursed farao's tennis racket who has taken possession of Wario, Waluigi and Luigi.    Also tried some online play and won the 2 8-player tournaments I took part in.  I've still got it.    I played with all the over the top additions that are linked to the power meter turned off, as tennis should be played.

I always enjoy me some Mario Tennis, but in the end the gameplay is still very much the same as it was with the orignal on the N64.  Could as well just play that one.

This game! The story is better than any Mario game! It’s an epic quest to gather power stones to save the world from an evil demon racquet hell bent on enslaving the world into evil tennis players!!!! It’s incredible!!! Boss battles, puzzles, crazy variety in matches, this is everything I want from a Mario kart campaign but MK continues to be basic garbage.

Talk about a series that took a huge nosedive.  It was a struggle to finish.

So this past week I ignored MHW again and reached level 70 in Uncharted 4 multiplayer.  What about you fellas?

I played a few hours each of No Man's Sky and Zelda BotW so far this weekend.
