I can’t recall specifically what I did but generally I would break the bosses ASAP and have my warrior hit them with their hardest attacks as often as possible. Have another character use their turn to make sure my warrior had enough BP’s to use their max attack each turn. I’d have the other two characters either buff my party against attacks and lower the boss’s armour and weaken him against my attacks. I probably had all four secret job classes available when I fought this boss.
