I really enjoyed the original Kingdom Heart games. Picked them up again with the PS3 updated versions but never got around to playing those versions yet, I really should do that one of these days. I’m very hyped for KH3 to finally get around to launching.
I’ve still been playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I can probably finish the story soon but I’ve been doing a lot of the side stuff.
I watched it last night as well, it was a pretty good show. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the men’s Rumble match. I was disappointed that Chris Jericho wasn’t an entrant though. The Braun/Brock/Kane triple threat match was a suitably destructive event. Early in the match though it looked like Braun got a little carried away and hit Brock in the side of his head a bit stiff with his knee and Brock got pissed off with that and clocked him back in the head with a very hard punch. The women’s Rumble match was very good. As someone who saw Trish Stratus back in the day it was great to see her again especially when her and Mickie James squared off. Really looking forward to seeing how some of the rumoured Wrestlemania matchups will develop in the next two months.
But overall it was fun to watch as was the women's Rumble. Awesome seeing Trish, Lita and Molly after so many years. And holy fuck, Kairi Sane... That chick was just awesome. I think I need to let the wife know she's going on my Top 5 list.
Vince was probably backstage rubbing his hands together saying that the bit between Braun and Brock was great, play it again.
That punch was legit. When Brock got up after that knee he looked pissed. He said something to Braun before punching him which they censored out. He seemed to have chilled out after though. Yeah the rumble match could have used a big guy or two in it.
Molly Holly looked great indeed and Kairi Sane looked amazing as well. I definitely want to see more of her.
Oh yeah, if you get a chance you should check out the 2017 SummerSlam match between Brock/Braun/Reigns/Samoa Joe, it was better and more dramatic.
I also got a laugh where Kane gave Braun a very slight push and Braun just kind of threw himself through the table. Corey Graves on commentary even said how he thought Braun saw what was coming and just threw himself through the table.
So apparently you can get Ryu and Sakura from Street Fighter V as characters in Monster Hunter World.

I'm really regretting not buying an Xbone last november. If I had done so, I could be hunting monsters right now. I refuse to pay the current asking price for one though, as it's €100 more expensive now. Go-go-PC-port!

The article just stated that technically, MS could buy EA if it wanted to. I don't think MS would attempt it though. EA's biggest franchises hinge on licensed products like FIFA and Star Wars. Why pay that kind of money for something you wouldn't 100% own?
They'd have a sports monopoly. And they'd also have Bioware back as an Xbox exclusive developer which I think people forget they used to be. It would probably be a great thing for some of the studios like Bioware and others. Open things up for them again to make what they want to make.

I kind of regret not getting Monster Hunter right now, but I'm probably better off waiting so all the tweaks and updates get put in before I tackle it. As it is, I still have a couple Kingdom Heart games to go through and Dragon Quest builders. And maybe Catherine if I can ever get past the stage that is more less been blocking me for 3 years.
Also, I can't look past Supreme's point of MS wouldn't 100% own everything if they bought EA. Then again. Mojang still makes Minecraft from non-MS platforms so maybe I'm just talking out of my ass.

I've often been on the brink of getting one, even more so an Xbone, but with what little time I have for gaming, I just can't justify buying one.
Besides, who needs them when you've got Splatoon eh?
Yes, but Mojang was more of an investment. Now they're in dire need of exclusives, so allowing EA games to remain multiplatform would make no sense to them.
Also, I don't see these huge acquisitions benefiting MS. All PS4 owners would just despise them for taking away their beloved franchises, I don't think many would be enticed to make the jump to Xbox. For that you'd need franchises with more of a casual appeal. Fifa could do well on that front, but I doubt the Fifa itself would allow their games to be exclusive to one system.
I don't see the benefit either. It's true, how many people would jump? Not nearly enough to offset the horrible PR it would drum up. As for FIFA itself, isn't Sony king in Europe? I'm always seeing Playstation ads whenever I catch any UEFA on TV. No way they'd let MS grab their game. MAYBE some sort of territory exclusive? But no, that's a half-step that helps no one.
