So now eurogamer is saying that splatoon 2 had HD rumble in the test fire and they could feel the ink revving in the tank and feel slugging through ink. I didn't feel shit. Vader, sup?
I didn't feel anything either. Perhaps that's just a testament to how natural it felt? I'll pay extra attention to it if there's another testfire.
As for the article, I don't know what to think of it. It doesn't bring any good points to the table, it's all kind of meh. EG really slacked off on this testfire if you ask me. As for the complaing about the maps being flavourless, that's down to Nintendo not wanting to overwhelm newcomers like a typical monster hunter demo does. Remember, when Splatoon launched, the only available maps were much smaller and simpler than most of the maps that released later.
You guys ever heard of Chuwi laptop/hybrids? They are a company in Shenzhen and their products are getting great reviews. The main point being that they are much cheaper than their western equivalents but of similar quality. The Hi13 is the latest model. It's a hybrid with detachable keyboard, rivals the new surface with somewhat lower specs. Only problem is that if something breaks you have to return it to China.
Wouldn't surprise me. I bought Gran Turismo 6 on disk, yet had to download the majority of the game before I could play it. Makes even more sense to companies considering Switch carts prolly cost more than Bluray disks.
If that works propperly that'd be great news. I don't have unlimited data, but I have more than I'd ever use. Online gaming also isn't that much of a data hog as far as I understand.
That is interesting. I use cable Internet and while it's fine during the day it gets spotty in the evening. Playing through my phone might be a far better solution.

it's a venturebeat article. He has the data usage stats for 1 hours play. He has an unlimited data plan so it doesn't matter. I speculated that phone internet might work for play anywhere. Can't believe it works. Does my phone have the option to turn it into a WiFi hotspot, that's the question.

I have a bottom line Win10 phone. They can all work as a Wifi hotspot.

Go Cocks!!!

Quit undermining my salient point.
The fuck is this? Are they going for a cheaper lower capacity game cart then requiring you to download the rest of the game?

Apparently Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is free on Steam today. If anyone's interested, you ain't going to find it any cheaper than this.
tech site tried turning his phone into a hotspot and playing splatoon 2 on it. It works. Get an unlimited data plan. Also there was no lag 😰

If it really works well, I'd be very interested in a 4G enabled Switch. That is, if my provider allows for a free second sim option.
Warner told EG that "Players who purchase Lego City Undercover on Nintendo Switch at retail do not need to download the game to play,"

Don't recall anything.
