Started Bloodborne and The Order 1886.
But I just want to play more MGSV.
Still playing XCX and Bravely Default. I'm 35 and 67 hours in respectively. I think I could finish up Bravely Default in a couple more hours, but I want to collect that last job, which seems like it could take me several hours and many attempts more. Also started Never Alone. Played about half an hour. It's a nice concept for a game, but so far the gameplay is very boring. It reminded me of Lostwinds, but so far there's no exploration whatsoever, you just walk from one side of the screen to the next. Still, it's entertaining enough and probably won't outstay its welcome. What EG was thinking to award it a perfect score I don't know though.
I should try that. I find it annoying that gather missions have no direction indicator, even for ones where you have to kill specific beasts.
Perfect score?! It's like a 6/10 game and gets f@-'?ing annoying later on.
Everyone probably already noticed this, but certain items can be 'mined' at specific beacons.
I never really bothered trying. I just did that mission where you can change your character.
Smart man.
I just started to watch those unreal 4 Zelda videos, oh my fucking God!!! Mind blowing. And we will never get that.
I watched an OoT UE4 video, it looked meh. Are you talking about other videos?
Really? The temple of time? That was nuts. Also someone did clock town from MM.

Who actually wants Knack 2?
One of the site's forefathers.
I didn't even want Knack 1!
I've been listening to the new GUpodcast and in doing so have come to realize how little it is I really have to say.
Good job, although the one or two examples you give rather, as exceptions, enforce the idea that games as an industry are increadibly navel gazing more than anything else. I feel that it's actually more the other way around, where games inform pop culture more than vice versa.
Surely you've enough to say to elaborate? I'm intrigued.
For my part in the discussion, I was complaining more about videogame criticism itself being completely disconnected from reality beyond videogames, rather than the position of videogames themselves in pop culture. They're undoubtedly the medium of today (if they weren't, I would never have met you
), if that's what you're getting at.
I am lost for words as I look blankly ahead.
In the end I suppose we should at least all be gratefull that this splendid medium has allowed you to bask in the shining light that is my virtual presence.
Remember how Sony chose Knack to be the first game they showed the Playstation 4 off with during E3? ROFL

The MM one was awesome.
I posted the DK64 UE4 one in the updates.
Good times. So are you sticking around for good now? I hope
