No but I am inside myself.
Metal Gear Rising's soundtrack kicks ass.
That's good enough for me.
I need a vinyl copy.
The PS4 gets a US price cut on Friday. It's region free, right? GG?
Deus Ex new gameplay mechanics.
The new cover system is pretty cool.
Infiltrators, infiltrators everywhere.
I think it is region free.
What is the new price?
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Is anyone in here still playing Rocket League? If so I might 'pre-order' the Steam Link and score a free copy of the game. Then I'll be able to play it with whoever is still interested come november 10th.
I'll definitely be glad to play again.
$350
With Metal Gear Online, I'm getting that old feeling of glee that I got with Uncharted 2 and The Last of Us multiplayer. It's a shame I've hardly had time to play because it's a blast. The combat is so robust.
Microsoft looks to be the big winner with Halo's return. The other three big games I can think of for the holiday are multi platform. Nintendo has...X? Probably not considered a big blockbuster through the eyes of many. Sony has...Uncharted Collection? What happened to putting out the biggest games during this time of the year?
X is going to be a 100 hr RPG epic follow up to the best RPG of the last generation, Halo will have an 8 hour campaign and some multiplayer. Uncharted is 3 games in one. I don't see how Halo wins.
Wii U was suppossed to have Starfox and Zelda this year too, but delayed. Fatal Frame will be... decent I guess.
Sales wise. I don't see a lot of people double dipping with Uncharted. Which game is bigger in the eyes of the public? X or Halo? I would say that X is the better value, but the majority would disagree.
So that leaves third parties, of which I think CoD(yawn), Fallout and Battlefront will surely be big with consumers.
My point , as fuzzy as it was, that I'm a little surprised that Nintendo and Sony aren't really trying to release any of the big guns for the holiday.
Nintendo is busy with NX and Sony just doesn't care. Their PS4 is selling like hotcakes even without games to play on it, why then put in the time, money and effort to actually make any?
Nintendo has had a very sparse year, even to their own standards. GG can make as many lists of released games as he wants, there were no big hitters. XCX will be great for the fans, and Splatoon outperformed everyone's expectations, but all the other games were B-list. I'd even consider Starfox to be B-list to be honnest. Zelda better be worth the wait.
