Internet has been a bitch today. Ruined my day.
Asshole garage hasn't picked up my car for repair, delayed a week. Insurance claim is up in the air.
So it's just slightly under Arkham Knight. Talk about a dilemma...
Cause you got Kirby Wii U early.
Playing splatoon now! WOOOOOOH!
Anybody up for some TLoU mp?
Yeah I tried earlier and got disconnected 5 times in a row.
When Travo asks if anybody wants to play TLoU mp, then he's online at the moment. When he comes back and says, " I'm offline", then he is no longer playing.
I'm offline!
LIAR!
I've given up on Splatoon for that very reason. Nintendo's online sucks. Worked great that first week, then not.
i've only had connection problems thrice and I've Been playing near every day. I've evon only encountered lag a couple of times.
Tablets and a high price tag held the Wii U back, says Miyamoto
This makes zero sense.
And if the Wii U had sold like hotcakes, he'd be saying "Well see we released the Wii U at the perfect time, right alongside the tablet craze and it really helped the interest and popularity on the console take off".
It had nothing to do with Tablets...please. Its a fucking game console, just like the others. The controller has nothing to do with why it didn't sell. Why would someone become uninterested in buying the Wii U just because Tablets, in a totally different market, came out first? Nintendo is delusional if they really believe this.
It didn't sell because:
LOL....just read this. See above.
And they only started thinking like this 10 years ago with the Wii....they hit lightning in a bottle that ONE time when they got, not Nintendo fans or hardcore gamers, but a shitload of trendy ass casuals to buy their console because it was the COOL thing to try...not because they wanted the latest Nintendo games. So yeah, they can keep trying to get lightning to strike with a bunch of non-gamers, or they could cater to the people who got them where they are, instead of being scared to compete with Sony and Microsoft.
I kind of had a feeling that the game was not going to be terribly good last Friday when I realized that E3 had come and gone, and I had not seen any real coverage of the game despite Natsume mentioning it several times on their Facebook page. I haven't quite given up on it, but I'm not expecting much.
The case for it not sucking ass: The demo that was shown off was the mobile version. When Natsume made Hometown Story they also made an iOS port of the game that ultimately ended up being little more than the mechanic of running your store. It wasn't a good representation of the main DS version. Not at all unreasonable to think that's what they're doing again, and the video that Foolz posted is just the most basic unfleshed out part of the game.
The case for it sucking ass: Natsume has yet to prove they can make a genuinally good game. Hometown Story was awful. Harvest Moon: Lost Valley had some good features, but a ton of flaws and was an average game at best. This one is going to too many platforms and is being rushed through development. A talented developer might be able to pull this off, but Natsume hasn't done anything to suggest that they have any on staff.
At any rate I really think that this game is Natsume's last chance to keep any value attached to the Harvest Moon game. The hardcore fans know that the new Harvest Moon games are not the real ones. A New Beginning aside, the series has been going downhill for several years. And two flat-out bad ones in a row I think will kill the series to even the casual fans.
Everything looks dirty to you, Edge.
Edge is right. Cats are dirty
Probably a reounding error, they meant 10.
