Thanks for the heads up, I will give it another go.
Wii U can't get no respect on Ebay:
Yeah, and a little further back someone said Diablo 3 sucked and that the Witcher 2 wasn't great. The place is insane.
Really? On the Original Launch day 360 with no updates?
I just bought a bigger hard drive for my 360 not long ago. 500gb. The 250 gig in my Halo Reach 360 just didn't cut it anymore.
You don't still have the blades menu do you?
I dont know what the blades update is. Periodically operating system updates appear from game discs and update the system.
Diablo 3 isn't for me, I can see people love it. Witcher 2 though, I mean come on now, it's good that's it. Witcher 3 will blow it sonar out of the water you guys would need to give it 11s to make up the difference in quality between them.
RE6 mechanics are better but the game is a mess. One moment there is a good shooting segment, the next you are playing a driving segment that looks like a DC game. RE5 is RE4 lite, the combat situations, boss battles, level design, enemy design, pacing, all better than RE6.

nintedbo couldn't pay famitsu more money? Low score for xenoblde
Look at the AC China score, Videogamer just 6/10-ed it and Famitsu rate it as equal to XCX.
Famitsu liked it because you get to kill Chinese people.

LOL at GG sneaking in a bat suit pic.
I think it may be related to the 50 page XCX special they just released.
I promised some Affordable Space Adventures impressions, so here it goes:
It's basically a 2D puzzler with 2 types of obstacles. Either you have to figure out how to pass by a turret that will open fire if it detects you, or you have to switch off lasers or block off the lasers themselves. The first resolves around tinkering with your onboard systems untill you manage to get parameters for your sound and heat output as well as your electromagnetic field below a certain treshold, while still remaining sufficiently manouvrable to pass by the turret. The second type either requires you to push a button that turns off some lasers, or you'll need to find some crate you can drag below your craft to deflect the lasers. I'm currently about two thirds into the game.
The puzzles in the first third were very easy, with the second third requiring some thought and showing more variety than I figured would be possible with the rather limited gameplay possibilities at hand.
Sound design is good, although some more variety would be nice. You'll be blowing yourself up a lot and a few different sound effects for variety's sake would have been nice. But there's a lot of nice blips and bloops, fizzes and screeches at hand to keep things comfortably unsettling. There's no actual music to speak of, but there's no lack of atmosphere because of it.
Graphics are very nice, although forgetable. There's a lot of nice use of fog and light and shadow, with the only light source often being your own torch.
Humour is abundant as well, although mostly reserved for loadscreens. It's hard not to smile when you see stuff like this
The whole 'space travel agency' thing is very well done. The 4th wall is never broken and the ruthless cheeriness found in every message that pops up to inform you about how safe space travel is, and how you're going to love your stay still manages to bring a smile to my face.
Which then only leaves the Gamepad implementation to talk about. It's certainly nice to play a game that makes such good use of everything it's capable of. Sometimes it's a bit fiddly when you have to adapt a lot of your systems on the fly while keeping an eye on the telly, but you can argue that that's just part of the experience.
Is it worth the €20 they're asking for it? I'd recommend it at €15. €20 is a bit steep in my opinion, but then again it is a unique experience that you can't get anywhere else, so maybe it is worth it after all.
That does sound nice. I'd like to try it out sometime soon.
