Darksiders creator teases Battle Chasers game
Oh man this is interesting. I've told the story before, but it's been a while so let me do it again. Joe Madureira was the hottest comic book artist of the late 90's. He'd been working on X-Men, had a very identifiable signature style and was starting to influence a lot of other artists. Everyone thought he'd be "the guy." He then left Marvel to go work on his own comic, Battle Chasers. But once he was on his own the word "deadline" left his vocabulary. He couldn't get the book out on a regular basis to save his life. Over the course of 3 years, he got out 9 issues, and never even gave the series a proper ending. He said he would resolve some cliff hangers in the 10th issue, but never got around to finishing it. People were unhappy needless to say.
Now he's going back to it, 15 years later, but in a video game. I'll be curious to see the response.
So it's their biggest game yet, and they ported Mass effect 3 and Deus Ex HR.
What game is bigger than that, that they could port over? RE5 and 6 collection?
Also what Wii U 3rd party game is worth porting over to PS4 etc? Zombi U or Lego City?
As far as what they're porting from the Wii U I can't imagine. Nintendo published Lego City so that's not it. Zombie U wouldn't be nearly as good without the second screen, though I can see Ubi being delusional enough to think it'd still be okay. Maybe its a smaller game like Shantae and the Pirate's Curse?
It could be their own game, Funky Barn.
It has to be an ass creed game or call of duty. A collection of some sort also. The only game they could port from wii u has to be zombiu, what other game would even matter on the other consoles.
