Vader, what's the best Sonic for Wii U? It could be a wii game as well.
My son has been interested in Sonic since he played it on my nephew's 360.

That's what I was thinking, but not certain.
Yes I started over. Its been long enough since my first play through that I was having a very hard time playing my gunner again, so I figured it would be best to start from scratch. Glad I did too. The game progresses quite a bit, and by the it's a fairly complex gaming ecosystem.
Anyway, I am absolutely up for playing together (as well as with anyone else who wants to join). My equipment is a little underpowered at the moment though. I just took out gobule in one try though, so apparently I still remember how to fight and the landscapes well enough.
Definitely Colors. That was a genuinely great game. Too good for Sonic apparently because he hasn't had a game that good since.
I suppose I'm not much further on myself. Last I remember I just beat that pesky fire armadillo thing. I'll try and join you should I see you playing, although I have no clue as to how advanced (or prehistoric) the matchmaking is.

Well I've reliably been informed that my brother says I have the life of a 12 year old because I still play videogames and love talking about movies. And that he's "moved on" from that.
Which is pretty ironic, since the only reason I bring that up in conversation is because we have nothing else to talk about and he ignores me most of the time. So I throw out whether he's seen X movie randomly to see a conversation will start. What a prick.
So sick of this, I getting back chatter from him even when I've blocked his calls. Wish dad would put him in his place, he literally says nothing, sits there like a statue.
What do you other 12 year olds think? Everyone else has moved on, we're still playing videogames.... oooooh.

Thanks man. Talking to you and the guys has helped, no exageration. It's helped me retain a bit of sanity in a very messed up situation.
At the moment it's like squeezing a boil, painful but I think once the puss it out it will heal better. I really don't know how to talk to people like this. He's just so completely ignorant about some issues and so selfish and judgemental the stuff he says is mind boggling.
The way you talk to irrational people like that is.....you don't. Just walk away.

Yeah, you pretty much have to cut off your ties with him and stand your ground regardless of external pressure from other family members. It's a toxic relationship that is somehow made even worse because the asshole is your family. But even in such a case, you have every right in the world (and you owe it to yourself, for your own sake and mental-emotional wellbeing) to step the fuck aside and stop that douche from using you as his doormat.
It might be family, but your wellbeing comes first. Just remember you need to be firm and consistent in your decisions.
That new star citizen trailer is pure 3D model fetisjism. It shows nothing but one parked spaceship in different coats of paint. The thing isn't even believable. Seriously, that cockpit couldn't ever hope to withstand the pressures it'll be exposed to in the atmosphere or outer space. And then there's the wings! The ship clearly has some sort of physics-defying flight engine, vertically taking off while the engine exhausts are facing back. I can be cool with that. But why in the name of god does it then need those wings? WHY I ASK YOU?
I'm all for fantasy and sci-fi, I just ask for some consistency. If you have the largest indie budget in the world and thus must have some very talented artists, if you charge people a lot of money for those virtual ships, if you want to make this huge credible space adventure, you better put more effort and show more respect for science in your ship design than your average 12 year old would.
