Turn on your Wii U and look in the top corner of either the gamepad screen or tv screen. You will see the mii icon that is associated with your account. If you have multiple family members or flatmates using your U, they may be logged on via their accounts. So younger sister, girlfriend or whatever. Otherwise I think you can change your mii.

Its probably just a personal picture from her Facebook account. Just because its on the internet it doesn't mean its representing her as a part or Ubisoft. And hell even if it is for Ubisoft why not? I checked my mii's in my collection and there was a girl mii with pigtails, probably there from when they had that Rate Mii channel where you would create various themed mii's and submit them to be rated by other users. Still it shouldn't have been viewable like that since I always had my mii as the main one and it was always the one I saw. Anyway I deleted all the extra miis that were in there so there shouldn't be any more issues.
