Well if you were involved with Devil May Cry 2, it probably wouldn't have been a steamy pile of a fat whore's shit. Is this supposed to make me feel better about Bayonetta 2? Because it did the opposite.

Bayonetta 2 will be a steamy pile of shit so Kamiya can work on some amazing PS4 or Xbox One game most likely...lol that would only make sense for Wii U fans.

Nintendo and its consoles aren't in the dominant position they enjoyed a few years ago, but they've been here before and they aren't going anywhere; why that fact seems to distress some people so much, I will never quite understand.

I read the whole thing, it's a decent opinion piece. What people don't remember is that Nintendo made more profit in the Gamecube era than Sony did with the PS2 selling 5x more units. Yeah they had the gba back then, now they have the 3DS so what's different? All these commentators saying Nintendo are irrelevant ignore the Wii and DS which were massively successful. Nintendo made 5 generations worth of profit by normal standards on those two systems, that's like 20 years worth of profit during 5 years. Estimates put Microsoft at losing $2 billion on 360 and hiding the losses with cellphone patent royalties.

I think Nintendo should use mobiles and tablets as gateway devices, put demos and promo content or starter packs on there. But the minute they make clear you can get their premium games on whatever device, their core business strategy is dead.
