It's designed for keyboard and mouse. I haven't actually tried it yet, but apparently no controller support.
However.
So Steam has some sports deficiencies. Looks like... I... may.. have to get an.... ORIGIN ACCOUNT!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
No good golf games on Steam...
Thanks. What's a colonscopy like? Funny thing, you know at hospital they hide you behind a curtain and there are other people on the other side of the curtain? There was this woman complaining about 5 months of diarrhea and dry retching and burning in her gut. I thought, 5 months?!!
A good game with limited replay value though. I preffered it to Dead Space as there is far more narrative and story.
It's significant in a number of ways, for instance the 360 GPU was ahead of its time. As Crytek pointed out, costs have caught up with us and this is the first generation of consoles which won't be ahead of PCs. In their words to build a system that Crytek would consider proper next gen would be impossible due to cost. The tech is there but the cost is too high.
Cat pics are awesome.
I played a couple of hours of Luigi's Mansion - word of warning you have to complete a stage once you start or when you quit and restart all the progress you had made in a stage is lost. Each stage isn't hard or that long but still, don't quit till you get back to Gadd.
Aspro was right, Luigi's Mansion is jaggy as fuuuuuuuuuck. Most 3DS games have more aliasing in 3D mode but this game takes the biscuit. Also considering the size of the environments the graphics should be something like RE revelations on 3DS
They're not. In fact going off memory I might even put the original LM game above this, which seems somewhere between N64 and Wii Graphics. But regardless of the jaggies and low texture detail it still looks pretty great due to the...
3d diorama effect.
And the sumptous animation. It's almost Disney like, well...... Nintendo like I should say. Either Next Level games studied LM really hard or Nintendo had a hefty hand in making sure it all felt right. Luigi's animations are precious, the way he comedy scuttles about, his scaredy cat manner, stooping and gingerly opening doors. In some ways the game is quite scary, not because it has gores or shocks but just because Luigi is such a pussy, it makes you feel tentative too as he's jumping at every bang and knock.
This game also seems perfect for the 3DS. Seriously perfect. And not tailored too the 3DS - I mean the original concept and execution of LM on gamecube is perfect for 3DS.
The original and this game are made up of small, full screen rooms and on 3DS each room is like its own little diorama. The 3D effect is really cool in this game, it seems so perfect for it. The mansion is also very well designed with secrets a plenty and lots of objects to interact with and sort through. The game is packed with little Nintendo like touches like being able to suck up carpets into a roll with the vacuum cleaner, but also delighting when you find out that you can kick them back into position. Or the way you can peek through holes in walls to see what is behind and how to get into locked rooms. There was one 4th wall breaking moment when Luigi started humming along to the theme tune which I cracked up to.
The biggest compliment I can give the game is that it feels like a first party game, Next Level did a great job.
It was mercifully easy test to be honest. I was white as a sheet, sweating bullets, fucking terrified going into the hospital to get one expecting gruesome pain. They gave me some drugs in my IV and told me to roll over on my left side, next thing I know it's an hour later and i'm in recovery complete blackout. I woke up SO HAPPY. Like THANK YOU DRUGS!!! Is there anything you don't make better? I was sore down there for a couple of days afterwards and felt "stretched" (hard to explain what that feels like) but it was actually very easy.
If I had 5 months of diarrahea though I would be looking for the nearest rafter to hang myself from. I hope they get that settled for you far before then.
This is good news. I know I'm gonna have to have a colonoscopy sometime in my near future. My grandfather died from colon cancer.
Anyone here getting Star Trek: The Game? Been watching some gameplay and interview videos, and it looks like it could be a fun TPS. I mean, the Gorn is back!
Oh, and could they come up with a more generic title? It should have been called Star Trek: Revenge of the Gorn or somthing, lol.
I'm playing these games:
