I have been playing Skies of Arcadia this week (The GC re-release).  If you can call 4 hours of gaming over 8 days "playing". I have been thwarted by heat, side jobs and fatigue.

After finally figuring out how to display my TV in 3:4 ratio for the Wii it looks much much better.

Since I have not played it before I am only now realizing how much Nostalgia (DS) was a complete rip-off of Skies.

The game itself is very bare-bones standard JRPG, though the appeal of Skies is the characters, so I'll certainly stick with it.

I was so impressed with how the GC games looked on my TV I also played some Mario Party 4. It was much better than I remembered, but then back then I would have been judging it against the far superior Mario Party 2.

Heh, that's how much I play normally, often less.

I've played a little bit of NSMB Wii U and the Zombie U demo, but really I've played almost nothing for the past week. I had the flu for most of the past week and any free time I had was spent trying to sleep it off.
