Okay Trine 2 the goblin menace expansion is graphically on another level to the regular game. It can look seriously amazing. I'm telling you guys don't judge U's graphics on bad ports. You have to see this, the texture quality is superb. Everything is crisper more detailed and more vivid than the main game and the main game already looks significantly better on u. I can't imagine it looking much better on a high end PC. When Frozenbyte said the Goblin Menace required considerably more power than 360 or ps3, and that it would have to have a small downscale if ported to them I expected a barely noticeable jump, not this.


Great value game this with the Goblin expansion, can't recommend this enough. North Americans, wait because it's having a price cut in the winter sale on the eshop very soon.

GOG has huge sale. Includes:

When you click see all it just lists everything on the store in ramdom order. It's awful, to find the Rayman demo I had to look  through everything on the store to find. I have no faith in TVI either, with poor battery life for the pad why would I want to use it for my TV viewing ? One movie and batteries more than half. I just don't think they planned this very well at all.  I'm not hating either I bought one of these. I'm seriously having buyers remorse though right now, say what you want, but this thing gets a C  at best right now. I don't even want to use up the memory to save TVI to the system, I would rather have that available for games. It's poor planning at best.

Well if they can pull of some strange sub next gen versions of next gen games then it will be better. But I doubt that.

It's not looking that way after subpar ports at launch,  the 3party party is dying out quickly. Not many of the big upcoming games are going to Wii U  sadly. It's like they spent a  huge amount to secure those ports at launch, then just decided 2013 was going  back to business as usual. If they can't even get parity from this gen, how are going to get any next gen ports?

Isn't it a little early to say 3rd party is dying out quickly? Honestly, do you really care if more sub-par quicky ports aren't on the way? I'm looking at what is listed for Q1 and Q2 of next year and it looks pretty strong, especially when you have Pikmin 3 and Wario to back it all up. There's Rayman, Aliens, Need for Speed, Injustice, Monster Hunter 3, Bit.Trip Runner 2, and a few others. I mean that's a pretty strong line-up in my mind. Good exclusive 3rd party games, and a few ports that hopefully will have a little more functionality since they're not being rushed out for a launch window release.  I can appreciate not wanting non-gaming utilities, but I can't figure out why you'd be upset at the titles that are coming out or expecting more.  Sure it's not what quite what an established console would have, but as far as the first few months of a launch system that seems to be on par at the very least if not very good.

If you look at that list of games and compare to the list of games coming out on 360 and PS3 there a lot of  high profile games missing. I was thinking we would see more 3rd party games released than launch not less. Tomb Raider,Bio Shock Infinate,GTA V,Castleviana LOS 2,DMC just to name a few.

I dont think there is any movie series that is a must watch any time it is on TV like Back To The Future. Any time I am flipping through channels and it is on I just stop and watch. I cant even do that with star wars, I rather watch those movies from the start but this you can pick it up any time and enjoy it.

I still do this with the Dirty Harry movies, they are all so good.
