I never played Quake 1 multiplayer, but I did play through the single player campaign several times, though.

Well Zelda has been the real test. If it's fully charged I can play for all day - that doesn't mean I play it non-top for 12 hours. I mean gaming in the way I do I have a couple of 2 hour sessions a day and the battery has been fine if it's fully charged at the beggining of the day. So I can do two zelda dungeons on one charge.

You can do yourself a favour and make sure the wireless is off when not needed and you can alter the screen brightness in the options. And you can even switch 3D to save power which is as easy as sliding the switch down which takes all of half a second. If the battery is running low you can just shut the screen and it will sleep till you can get the charger on it. I hear that the battery is 3 and a half hours long with everything on and that goes up to 6 as you turn wireless or 3D off, or adjust the brightness.

It's a non issue for me. I have zero eye strain and I whack 3D all the way up. I've also been impressed by how clear everything is.

Yeah that was the one I had. I also bought PS0 and never played it online. I was stupid.
