Ha, ha! Bulletstorm is awesome so far. The door is stuck-broken-and what does the lights on the door look like? RROD!
I have to start that game over. Christopher and the nephew played the beginning of it and I missed that part!
Edit: As a matter of fact, I seem to be avoiding that game for some reason. It's like it's been stigmatized since my whole head episode...
Bulletstorm mp tonight?
How does one even do MP on Bulletstorm? I thought it didn't have any?
It does. It's team play where you and up to 3 other people face a limited number of enemies and have to generate enough points through skill shots to advance to the next level. It's pretty cool too because in team play you can team up and pull off skill shots that require 2 people.
Oh! That sounds like it could actually be cool then!
I would definitely be into that, but prolly not tonight, Travo! Kinda tired already!
Thanks for the response Robio!!
Is that what Horde mode was like in Gears, Travo?
I think so.
I love how the skill shots and scoring system are implemented.
That is as old as the internet. Sans-Wii.
The Bethblog podcast on Oblivion is quite good. The first 25 minutes is a full on produced documentary-style presentation. The rest of it is a round table with Todd (the big boss) and the PR/Marketing Dude from that time.
How you liking Castlevania? I liked it quite a bit....kind of a God of War mixed with every other major action game clone, set in a gothic atmosphere. Didn't feel like Castlevania though but still good IMO. BTW....I giggled when I saw your last 3 reviews vader. Those ratings are damn low for you.
This is pretty cool. Someone have put together some 3D screenshots of Mass Effect, LFD and Assasins Creed to view on 3DS.
130 screens here.
3D screens of the HD console games. Either way, if someone put up 3D pics of a train station to view on 3DS I would check it out.
I've been playing these:
Absolutely awesome. One of the best shooters since, well, Crysis.
Ballad Of Gay Tony. Great stuff...better than Lost and Damned. Lots of Helicopter missions which I like!
I have Dead Space 2 and Dragon Age 2 lined up after these are done. Fucking pimp I am.
It took me to a weird site that had blocked pop ups and wanted me to upgrade to media pro. Are you trying to infect my PC, GG?
Streets Of Rage Fan Remake Released
Mega Drive classic remade from scratch with cutscenes, 19 playable characters, 103 stages.
A fan remake of classic Mega Drive series Streets Of Rage, that has been in development for over eight years, has finally been released.
Work on Bomber Games’ logically titled Streets Of Rage Remake began in March 2003, and the final version is now available as a freeware download. Created entirely from scratch, the remake does not use a single line of the 1991 original’s code, its creators explaining: “It’s all based on visual interpretation, comparing how things work in the original games and trying to mimic [them].”
In addition to accurately recreating the original games' animation, score mechanic, collision detection and damage modelling, the team has also added a host of new features including cutscenes, a total of 103 stages, 19 playable characters, and remixed music and sound effects.
However, one feature that didn’t make the final release was a planned online multiplayer mode, the developers encountering problems with lag from the early stages.
Bomber Games has released Streets Of Rage Remake as freeware, and the PC version will be joined in the coming months by Wiz and Linux versions. For more, see the project blog
Same thing just happened to me.
If you click the link again it works, just wait for the download to begin then it says: Click here to start download from MediaFire.. at the top right of the page.
Why would you want to see these pics? You have a 3DS?
Gay Tony is better than GTA4. Why did they save all the fun stuff for this game? I liked the mission where you are in a helicopter, you shoot the tank down from the sky then skydive out after it.
Yeah that's one of my favorites so far too. And you're right, this expansion pak is better than the other GTA 4 stuff.
I did enjoy Lost and damned too, probably more than GTA4 but I'm glad I played it before Gay tony, otherwise it would have come off as a little too restrained in comparison. I like the gay tony mission where you are in suped up cars and you have to stunt jumps across boats too.
