Do want to try Fragile. I know it didn't get great reviews but it looks interesting.
I picked up Innocent Aces awhile back when it was on sale for $10. Haven't played it yet. But I think it's like Ace Combat games since it's from the same devs.

Lemme ease some of your burdens - don't play the Duel Masters game. Really not great. Also, didn't figure you for a huge Batman fan there Aspro.
That's not good. That's really been a deal breaker for a lot of people lately, these really short length games.
I know the game's aren't bad but for $60+ that's a hard sell.

I played the demo for Sonic Colors DS and it is Rush minus the scoring system (tricks) and plus powerups. In the demo you have the red wisp which turns sonic into fire with the ability to create explosions that could propel him through the air. You hold down the turbo button and it charges the blast up, the longer you hold the bigger the explosion and the further you will travel. You chain explosions to fly through the air, very cool. There are these catapults you can activate if you land on them while on fire.
The level design is pure Rush, there are many paths and I tried all of them. As usual the highest path is the best and quickest. There are a bunch of shortcuts to be found. Not much platforming, its all about speed running. At the end of the stage you get a hand glider and fly around getting rings, much some Rush gimmicks, its optional though, good players (me) will find the route to skip that.
I love Rush so naturally I love this. I think the wisps add a much needed power up system that allows for some change in the usual sonic play. I will pick up the DS version as well some time down the road.
Just to be clear, you are talking about Rush the arcade racer right? Or somethign else? I love Rush.
Yeah, Arkham got me into it, so I bought a bunch of books people here recommened. I have the other Duel Master game for the GBA, not sure I've played it yet. It sure doesn't look very good from the box.
Sonic Rush, the DS games.
Maybe there is a reviews embargo until launch?
Which is normally a bad sign. It could mean nothing but normally it is a bad sign.
Yeah, which is the vibe I'm getting.
Usually when a game is really good, they post it early. We'll see.

Ah... yeah okay, that makes much more sense. I have not played them. You had my hopes up way high there.
You should play them Aspro. First game is really good.
Will do. I've been off Sonic racing games since Sonic R for the Saturn, and never checked back in. That kart game from this year is probably ready to buy price-wise too, which I wanted to get since Sumo Digital made it and I liked their OutRun interpretations.
Rush isn't a racer - it's a Sonic platformer. And Sonic ASR is really great. Better than what I was expecting.
Oh then I'll skip Rush. I already have enough platformers that I suck at. I just got SASR for under $19
No, I'm asking who he is, but feel free to be an ass about it. It's not like I've expressed a different opinion for FU2, a game I couldn't care less about right now, in order for you to imply I disagree with him and attack his character (by committing the atrocious sin that is not knowing who he is!) instead of present an argument. And why "moving onto"? I think it was already established that you were pretty much seeing things that weren't there and/or accused me of shit just for the hell of it in our last discussion, much like you just did here.

Sorry, I always assume the worst of any comment you make directed to me, and since I said who he was in the post (on the Player One Podcast), and that you have the ability to look him up, I figured you were once again looking to attack me.
Anyway, Phil Theobald has been a game reviewer / journalist for years. He's interviewed most of the notable Japanese developers and worked at Electronic Gaming Monthly, GameSpy and is now with Nintendo Power. You can now listen to him on the Player One Podcast (playeronepodcast.com) -- they are up to their 209th show.
Fragile dreams and Innocent Aces are great games

That reassuring to hear some first-hand. XSEED deserves some support, so far they are batting way above .700 with my purchases from them.
