Activision expects GoldenEye to make a killing at retail this Christmas and emerge as one of Wii's biggest selling games of 2010.


          Releasing on November 5 in the UK, it will go up against the likes of Donkey Kong Country Returns, Epic Mickey and Just Dance 2 this holiday.

               
                         

But David Tyler, general manager for Activision's licensed business unit, told MCV he's more than confident in the game's sales potential.


          "Our expectations are that GoldenEye 007 will be one of the best-selling games for the year on the Wii," he said.

It's out in europe and it''s all in english, the DS is region free. Just order it at play.com and they will send it to you.

The guy who reviews Sonic Colors for NP is on gaf and said this:

I wrote the Sonic Colors review for NP, and for what it's worth, I didn't review any of those previous titles. If I had, I probably would have given Sonic and the Secret Rings a 7.0 and Sonic Unleashed a 6.5. (I haven't played through Sonic and the Black Knight yet.) I'm not saying that to throw my colleagues under the bus--reviews are just one person's opinion--but to help folks calibrate where that 9.0 for Sonic Colors is coming from. It's a hell of a lot of fun, and I think you guys are really going to enjoy it.

I probably shouldn't get into too much detail here, but none of the acts felt like filler to me. Some are a bit on the short side, but as you mention, there are a LOT of them (more than 40, if I remember correctly), so the game certainly doesn't feel like it's hurting for content.


And to answer the question above yours, it's definitely my favorite Sonic game since the 16-bit days. That's largely because it's more of a platformer than any of the games since then.

I started playing Syphon Filter Dark Mirror, the PSP game but on the PS2 of course. It's pretty damn awesome. Its no Metal Gear, the stealth aspect is kind of shitty. The guards have a sixth sense of something cause they get alerted to you by you just being in the same room as them, sometimes they don't, I think its more scripted than anything. But you have a bunch of cool tools and weapons. It's a very good pop and cover shooter so far.

I have the Syphon Filter games for PSP. It was okay, but I never got used to the controls.  They should have auto-camera instead of you moving it with the face buttons.

Well the controls on the PS2 version are just fine. Sweet dual analog.

Oh okay, my error. That would be the way to play it. Mine will go unplayed forever -- I have like 4-5 of these kinds of game for the PSP.
