But the graphics, man! The graphics.
Seriously, though, I'm thinking perhaps I shouldn't be playing on hard. The combat could get quite handle for my poor old hands. I'll see how it goes.
Reckon I'm in to deep, what with this being my first Yakuza game?
I did laugh out loud at your first sentence.
Yes, you dumb MFer, change the difficulty down to normal if this is your first game. I'm a 4 game Yakuza veteran and I play on normal.
Though I'm still unsure due to broken controller/2D platformer fiascos... Hmm I'll probably try for a little longer. Besides if I skip cutscenes I can probably catch up to wherever I am pretty quickly.
Does the difficulty only affect the combat?
Yes. And no skipping! Though you probably won't enjoy it since you did not play the original. Hopefully at least you watched the catch up videos -- which it sounds like you did.
I don't think the expectation will be that high.
The first Prime game is not only my favourite Metroid game ever but one of my top 3 games of all time. Maybe it's different for ASK but it would be silly of me to have such high expectations of Other M, or any other game for that matter. If it's an enjoyable Metroid game without any big flaws, I will be happy

Yep^
Fans of the classic Psychonauts will likely feel some form of de ja vu, but The Kore Gang is no cheap knock-off. It's a game packed with imagination and humor, backed up with solid and varied play mechanics. Be sure to check it out if you're in the market for a platformer, it's most definitely among Wii's best.

We don't want to say too much, but I can assure you that this bit of news will be a total trip. We will have a critically acclaimed third-party Nintendo developer in the house to show off, for the first time, a brand-new game that is most likely going to be awesome. All their previous stuff has been, after all!

WTF? Next thing you know they'll take out the motion sensing and save it for a patch a year later.

I'll have mine on Sept. 14th! Can't fucking wait!
BTW that's sweet about the new Mass Effect DLC. So as soon as I get my new Xbox, I'll be able to download all the Cerberus Network shit AND the two DLC expansions on day 1, and get back into this badass game.
All the more reason to keep going! But if it made karoake some incredibly hard rhythm game, I'd have to restart immediately!
Skipping just to catch up! Looks like so far it doesn't rely too much on the frist two games.
Well this is weird. There are photos from the filming of Captain America the movie but the pics look like some British war drama.

“Voice control is an exciting part of the ‘Kinect for Xbox 360’ controller-free experience and we can confirm that it will be available at launch in November 2010. Only on Xbox 360 will you be able to navigate the Kinect Hub using your voice to control your movies, TV Shows and music. We do not have additional details to share about local voice availability at this time.”
Just came through in a mass-email to UK press.
