Oh well, I guess some compaines will use the ancient king method.
Do you say its the 28th of July or do you say it is July 28th.
What if the project starts and end in the same month? The month will not change, so you need the day. And you do not remember dates, you remember "I have to do this by next Monday".
So you argument is flawed. You have the full date available. Just read the number that's next to it. And if you have trouble get one of those fancy calenders with spelled out months.
Your method does not make sense. They are all important.
Dutch: 10 June
Serbian: 10th June
English: 10th of June or June 10th
Today is the 28th of July, 2010. Now you know where my allegiance lies.
Right when you know its within the same month of course then you must know the day. They are all important but only when used together, still you need each other to narrow down the date. In reality the year is the most important but since most of time we can kind of figure out which year a date will be referencing before looking for specifics it becomes kind of useless, so it goes in the back.
A day needs a month to make sense, just like a month needs a year to make sense. Its dumb to put the day first when you need something to qualify it first. So put the qualifier first, that way the date makes sense by the time you get to it. Its dumb to put a number that means nothing on its own first, put the number that makes that number mean something first.
Afterburner Climax is a great game especially for the $5 I got it for.
Yuck.
It's July 28th. Sounds so much better.
Yes. Not enough variety. It is a really well made game, fundamentaly, though. More variety could have pushed it over the 9 mark for me. I think most people overrated it a bit.
I know the feeling. I've been meh about gaming for over six weeks now. I tried to force myself to play MP3: Corruption, but that didn't work, so I watched 5 seasons of Lost on DVD instead. Afterwards, I still couldn't get into any of my games, so I watched all 7 seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now, I'm even more meh about games than I was before!
I've been reading graphic novels this week, which is something I have never done before, but I'm enjoying them quite a bit.

Ah shit you are speaking moon gibberish again. Can someone convert it to the metric system, so the rest of us can understand what the hell you just said?! Anyone?
You, go watch Supernatural now!
I would if I had them on DVD. Hmm, I wonder if they have them at my local library? *goes to their website*
EDIT: Supernatural [videorecording] : season one / Details Padalecki, Jared, Queue: 17 of 17
OMG. How is this so hard. Say you want to know when a game is coming out, you for sure know its coming this year but that is all you know. I tell you the 13th first, that number alone means nothing. you get no information, I might as well have said gibberish cause you get the same amount of information out of it. The 13 means nothing until you say the month so why waste my time and your time saying the day first when it is useless information until the month is said. Say the month FIRST and now you have information you can work with and when you say the day it makes sense.
So if you ask when a game is coming I say November, now you know a month you have useful information, now when I say 13th, that date means something. Its not backwards like the way you guys do it. You tell me the useless information first and after that tell me the number that makes the date mean something.
I bet Fedor agrees with us and Werdum too for that matter.
P.S. who is renegade of funk?
I dont know, he was a new member I saw that was online.
