You know they could do a Splinter cell game where you stalk celebs and infiltrate their mansion grounds to take pictures through their windows etc.

That's what I'm talking about, yeah, some stealth, some arcade racing and the camera action is bascially sniping. Thow in some moral choices about selling highly personal photos or not taking the money and returning the photo's to the celeb.  To give the game legs you oculd reveal a crime that needs to be solved in a Farenheit-type way.

Would not have to be licenced, but you could pay off some celebs for cameos.

Congrats.  Started playing Super Mario Galaxy (with the sound on) last night. It's pretty bloody good. As usual I suck at it (being a platformer), but it's compelling and I want to get back to it this morning. It has a foreboding quality to it which makes it seem like what I'm doing is consequential (as opposed ot the usual light Mario fare).

It is consequential, wait until you see the ending.
