Dammit. Now I'm going to have to open my copy of Okami.
Because every time someone mentions a game that I own, I feel obligated to play it.
Well give me a big list of the games you own and then I'll list them so you have to play them all List the bad ones so I can get you started on those first.

You know....almost every person I sent an invite to come here, ignored me. And a few who said they would come, have not.
I don't know what to say about that.
Now you know how I felt.

Actually you are an hour behind me GG. It is now 16:32 hours here and it is 15:32 hours in London. Remember the sun rises in the east. Holland is to the east of the UK, so the day starts sooner here. East FTW.
Oh hey cool. I couldn't figure out how to get the Wii to type in the comment box but I got it going now. Cool site gg. Has a nice clean look to it. I had to stop by because poor edge sounded pretty desperate in the invite he sent me. So how's it going folks?
It's going good. About time I saw you archie baby. Been too long.

@steelattack Hey thanks. Seems like all familar faces around here. I don't mind the dirty underwear lying around. It's what's hiding underneath that worries me.
You guys knew what to expect when you came here, you can't dodge your cleaning duties now.

I'm all for platforms having exclusives at all (because if there weren't then why not just have a standardization), but if they don't push the systems hardware or unique capablities I don't see much of reward for the consumer besides bragging rights for fanboys. Though like any market this market is about money and if there is any reason why Capcom did this it was probably due to "special hype" and hoping that Wii owners will shift eye from the Virtual Console to this game.
Well the skinny is and I posted this but I can't remember when. Capcom have said that Nintendo Power don't know half the story of Megaman 9, they are hinting that there is more to come and that it isn't just a NES looking game afterall...

I'm surprised that Microsoft and Rare still haven't released PD and the other Rare games on XBL Arcade. It seems like they'd make a ton of money with fairly minimal effort.
Think nintendo has something to do with that. Do you remember the goldeneye on XBLA fiasco?
Hmm, I thought it was just that specific game. I remember an article stating that Activision (who holds the James Bond license) sided with Nintendo, thus not giving Microsoft permission to publish Goldeneye on the 360. I could be mistaken, though.
Man, if you are right, then it must really suck for Microsoft. They spent $375 million to buy Rare, and they can't even use their back catalogue? Ouch.
I remember reading on rares website that it was up to nintendo whether their N64 games got put on XBLA. Iwata personally vetoed Goldeneye on XBLA, the deal would have brought the game to the VC too, but his thinking was that a nintendo game should not be on a rival machine. I can see his point, I felt all weird inside when I saw Sonic appear in Brawl today. Yes I bought it, no I'm not going to play it in any great depth for a while.

Bond! Bond! Bond! Thanks for the trailer GG been waiting for the new one, wow it really starts off where the last one left off, I like it.
The other movie looks excellent too but we will never see it come over here, it sucks.
You can usually buy these kinds of movies quite cheaply from import sites like yesasia.com and cdwow.com with free postage too. You liked Wanted right? Have you seen the directors other films? You should check out NightWatch, it's based on a famous series of russian books, they say that it's like an adult harry potter. The books are great and the films aint bad either.
WTF?!?!?!?! Wait I can say fuck right, well fuckity fuck fuck fuck!!!! FUCK!
No one buy this crap.
My thoughts exactly. And I mean no one. I will personally hunt down anyone who does so, and twist his nipples until he sells it back again.
I don't understand why he just doesn't make what the fans want. I mean fans (gamers in general) are begging for a 2D Castlevania title to be on a console. And console software sales are usually far better then handhelds. Even the sprites wouldn't be too demanding (probably even easier to create) due to how small the characters are. I just don't see why Iga won't make a console Castlevania especially since it won't cost them much.
Atlus took the "suicidal dive" by making a worthy budgeted and valued sequel to the "most cutting edge 2D game of all-time" and the game sold far above expectations. SNK is doing the same with King of Fighters. Nintendo is testing things out with Warioland. Hell many companies like Capcom and Blizzard are taking the dive by making 2D games as well just using 3D models instead of sprites. With so many companies going to edge by restablishing 2D games outside of downloadable serivces and handhelds, it is ridiculous that a game with such a following and so little production cost won't take a dive.

It works on Wii? I never even thought to try it. Well that's good, it would seem kinda stupid to not be able to post on a gaming site XD
Good to have another on board.
Yeah I have to first click on HTML to bring up the source editor so I can type then click on update to put it into the box but that's easy and painless to do. Trimming qoutes down is a bit trickier in not messing up the tags but that's just the way it is with the Wii. While I do like kicking back on the couch and surfing the net with it I'm definately looking forward to getting my PC up and running for the oh so many things that are just so much easier to do on it.
jeez, you really did make a little chart, I guess it was necessary : ). Me and Dvader are virtually running the exact same times, I take it he gets up late also.
You know I'm keeping hope that This Castlevania fighting game on the Wii at least turns out decent. Even something like a 7 out of 10 may be good enough for me. I am worried though because Konami isn't exactly known for fighting games and the control mechanics kind of have me concerned. I definately still want myself a proper console Castlevania game. 2D or even 2.5D would be awesome. Hell I would still even look forward to a new 3D Castlevania game announcement.

The only good fighting game Konami ever made was "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters".
I have found the greatest game analyst of all time. This man put in years of work to come up with this conclusion about this gen. This man is truly a visionary like no other. His name is David Cole, and this is his bold professional opinion:
DFC expects Wii to be the best-selling console of this generation worldwide, followed by PS3 and then Xbox 360.
"The Wii does not appear to be a fad and it has the chance to be one of the best selling systems of all-time," Cole said.
I told you, he is a genius, the amount of work and dedication it took to reach that hard to believe conclusion. Amazing. Here's to you David Cole, the best game analyst ever. Cheers.
David Cole doesn't know what he's talking about. It's pretty clear that the Wii is indeed a fad. Shoot, just last week, I went into my local Circuit City and found a Wii just sitting there waiting to be purchased. Only there wasn't anyone around who wanted to purchase it. Hell, there wasn't even a single person in the Wii section! That's pretty clear evidence to me that the Wii's sales are over; it's all downhill from here on out. Nintendo Wii is a fad.

Namco Bandai'sSoulcalibur IV may be known for massive volumes in some aspects of its design, but a rumored 6.5GB hard drive installation for the PlayStation 3 version is not the sort of bloat that sits well with gamers. Add to that an alleged 2GB save file and PS3 owners with a measly 20GB would have had to do some serious housecleaning in between grumbling sessions. The rumors of its HDD requirements have been greatly exaggerated, says the publisher.
"Those numbers are not accurate and are significantly overblown," a Namco Bandai rep told Kotaku. "The actual amount of space for the Soulcalibur IV install and save data file are inline with other games requiring this feature."

Well, because my balls are bigger than all your balls combined.
See?
Yeah I did really enjoy TMNT: Tournament Fighter on the SNES.
Steel had come into my column, couldn't help being away from me, I love you too Steel.

Namco Bandai Says Soulcalibur IV Install Size "Significantly Overblown"
