Which one of you bit the bullet and played it lol? I've been busy the last few weeks but finally am open again. If you need any FF7, BG3, Balatro talk I'm your guy.
I started Inscryption for the first time, wow this game is brilliant. Still early on but what an addictive loop, great card game to build, loads of mystery and secrets. It's so well done.
I did. I could have you on today for Balatro if you are on discord when I record.
You being an artist, I thought you, of all people, would not give credit to this unholy creation of AI.
Never heard of it.
One of the commenters on the article suggested this is a move to position themselves favourably for a sale. Interesting theory?
Huge Indie Switch sale has 24 hours left.
I got
Never type Kathy Rain into an image search. There's an adult actress lol.
Now have enough cash for one expensive game or three to four cheap ones.
Switch Corner loved it, says there's a big twist and you move out into the gsmeworld.
Been playing Snowrunner all weekend. This game is a beast.
I mean I'd call it one of those whale games that you can dedicate most of your gaming time to. But it's not some live service multiplayer battle royale. It's just packed with game content and multiple massive open world maps.
Given all the years worth of dlc, I could probably play this game well into 2025.
It's looks amazing BTW, on anything more powerful than switch, I'd check out some videos. I'm surprised this game doesn't have more buzz around it.
It's like an open world trucking rpg. You start with crappy vehicles, upgrade them, find and recover new vehicles. Repair bridges.and rockslides.
You pick up and move cargo about the map. Do challenges, contests. There's a fully functional economy system, things to buy and sell. Tons of different trailers and attachments to buy and sell.
You can deep dive into customization, I recently bought new chunky offload tyres and a raised suspension for my jeep. The difference in performance and handling was massive.
It's a really great game.
Then went back to Super Tennis SNES in switch online with my bro. Reignited a 30 year old rivalry lol.
Beware. I've had bad experience with 2K's golf game, so they may have junked it up with microtransactions.
I bought a tennis game the other day without researching -- AO Tennis (Australian Open, not an adult only version), assuming it would be great, because every tennis game I've ever played on consoles was great (except the Mario Tennis one for Wii U). It sucked hard. Non-responsive controls, poor soudn, poor graphics and long load times.
On the topic of tennis, I am fond of the expression, "Does love mean nothing in tennis?"
All of the sports games I've bought this gen are full of microtransctions. I just ignore them. Top Spin is getting good reviews 8/10 at Push Square, for instance.
I'm more annoyed by always online connection requirements for single player, especially when it takes 3 times longer to connect to their servers than to load the game from my PS5's SSD...I'm looking at you, EA!
For real. Here is another good review for you 8/10

Types "Kathy Rain" Thanks, GG!
Alright, GG, I bought Mudrunner from the eshop for $7.50.
You;ll need to buy Pressure Washer Simulator to clean up when you are done playing Mudrunner.
Got it
this will be interesting. Mudrunner was the second game. Its a good place to start but fair warning it can be more difficult than Snowrunner in general handling.
Learn how to use cruise control.
Scout the watch towers first and unlock all the vehicles on a map.
Then locate your lumbermills and log stations. At garage, attach a log trailer, medium are good. One truck can have a short log storage then attach a medium to the back.
You can also load up and tow two trucks each with their own trailers as a convoy. They can also push and pull each other with a winch.
I'd recommend doing the challenges first as it's a tutorial essentially.
You can skip night without it costing you fuel by leaving an unused vehicle (usually a scout) at the garage. Switch to it, skip night and it will auto refill fuel, then you can switch back to other vehicle.
If you tip over in a truck you can highlight the scout on the map screen and press X to bring your scout to your tipped truck. You can use your winch to tip your truck back over.
Looks like he's going to go to work on a new IP, one that I suspect he's going to own a piece of. Still, It is a bit sad to see him leave a series that he left such a strong mark on.
