I pandered to my daughter who loves it for some reason. Olive Garden commercials used to play heavily during Nick Jr. shows and obviously worked on her.
I have one of those Nintendo USB WIFI connectors somewhere. I used it on my DS for about a year. It was fiddly but it worked okay enough until I got real WIFI.
I forgot about those. When I first got mine DS I almost broke down and got one because I didn't really understand the whole concept of home Wi-Fi just yet. Before then if I wanted to play Mario kart DS online, I either went to McDonald's or I could sit on the balcony of my apartment and I could leech off of a neighbor's wifi. This was still at a point where people didn't think passwords were needed for wi-fi.
Right before I bit the bullet and bought Nintendo's Wi-Fi stick, I realized my internet provider had actually given me a router of my own that I just never had a reason to use before then.
On a side note to my earlier comment about people not using passwords for their routers, I was also guilty of that until a strange occurrence one night. I noticed my connection speed was kind of low, and I happen to look outside and there was a car directly under my window with a couple in it using a laptop. Apparently they were leaching my connection.
The idea that they were driving around looking for Wi-Fi to use almost impressed me, but not enough. So I just unplugged the router until they went away and put a password on the device. You can go to hell you think I'm going to let you steal my wi-fi, particularly if you're driving around in a nicer car than I am.
So in conclusion, there's another round of charges either past or current day that are about to come to light about him.
That's what I'm thinking. He is pulling a Papa John and getting out so that he doesn't bring the brand with him. Otherwise he'd be there until he dies. I'm sure he will be there behind the scenes so it's probably like he never steps down.
Now I'm reading that Stray could be a serious GotY contender. Robio?
I just finished it, and no it's not game of the year material. Maybe for the indie art House gaming crowd, but I really couldn't say this is a goty.
Don't get me wrong, it is a 5 star game for what it is and I recommend it to everyone. I absolutely enjoyed it. The setting is executed perfectly, and the story is told well even if it leans pretty heavily into a lot of familiar cyberpunk tropes.
But at the end of the day it still is a 5-hour walking sim, with a cuter and more cuddly protagonist than most. There's not a lot of challenge, as most of the puzzles are pretty basic and there's virtually no replay unless you just want to enjoy the city.
So again it's a great game, but I can't really say this is the best game that's going to be released all year. Unless it's kind of a dead year of course. But I will end it saying this might be the best art House game I've played in over a decade. So that's worth something.

👍
Was Super Mario Sunshine released earlier in Europe or Japan than in America?
Happy 20th Sunshine.
Happy birthday to FLUDD!
Well holy shit. Vince McMahon has announced his retirement from WWE. Having been an avid wrestling fan for 40+ years this is truly the end of an era.

Possibly although it sounds like this decision was made privately about a week ago.
MGS V is still so good. Best game play in the series and still looks fantastic.

If Stray starred a Pug instead of a cat, then it would definitely be GOTY material.
As a dog person, I approve of these posts.
I heard it's French. And they don't get freedom, so no GOTY.
