The Chrono Cross remaster looked like crap. I was hoping they might restructure how magic is assigned, as that was the biggest issue with the game. No luck. Instead we're getting the text adventure that they ultimately used for the game's intro anyway.
Now that I've got a Switch these Nintendo Directs finally mean something to me. And they just put Mario Kart 8 on sale, so I couldn't help but get it.
Great call. Even after playing it for many years on the Wii U, Mario Kart 8 is a damn near perfect installment for the series. There's already an insane number of tracks, and there's only two or three that really aren't that good. Best of all, even as old as the game is, the community is always very active.
Once they bring in the extra dlc, it's going to give the game another shot of steroids.
N. Direct was solid, but not particularly exciting for me. Even though there are a fair few games I'll end up buying.
I have no hype whatsoever for Xenoblade 3. As I need to restart Xenoblade 2 first. Only made it 25 hrs in, then put it down for a while, tried to get back into it and couldn't remember how any of its systems worked and the map was complete ass.
Mario Kart 9 should be made. While the DLC is most worthy I don't see the point unless they are getting a 3rd party to remaster these tracks. Just make MK9.
Splatoon 3 Salmon run will be awesome, game itself will be great but I'm not that hyped as I played a lot of Splatoon. ALOT
Live a Live looks great and otherwise if this Disney racer is made by the Asphalt 9 team it could be genuinely excellent. And it's free to play. Most of Asphalt 9s tracks feel a lot like Mario Kart tracks already.
Switch sports looks like recycled content to me. Eh
Kirby looks and sounds like a new Mario game and I'll probably bite.
More interested in the sale launching today I think.
Hope the new triangle strategy demo actually gives a proper intro into how it's tactical battles work as I was lost in the 1st demo.

I pretty much echo this. I never played Xeno 2 so hard for me to get up for 3. Kirby looks great but $60 great? Same with Live A Live, looks awesome but it's $60?! Ehhhh. Splatoon 3 is day one easy, looks fantastic. Don't care much for the rest
Divinity Original Sin 2 is done and reviewed, one of the best RPGs I've ever played, a masterpiece. It has replaced Horizon as my 2017 GOTY. This on switch would be perfect, if you want a hardcore RPG that's not crazy complicated, it's just deep, get this!

Most dentists don't have to sedate their patients, which was about half my cost. I paid $521 for her teeth cleaning which included 5 incisor extractions (they were loose).

I've played the original PS1 version of the first game numerous times, so it'll be interesting to play the remake.

I played some of it on the PS1. Seemed like a pretty enjoyable game from what I can recall. Am interested in getting this collection.
